The dead come to life at Borracha. With decorative and festival skulls watching over guests, Borracha, located in Green Valley Ranch, is as dangerous as you want it to be. With a nod toward the famed Day of the Dead, the Borracha offers Mexican-inspired dishes and features a drink menu with an abundance of cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails to take the edge off. Seated promptly waited 5 minutes for service. Given a bowl of broken chips too small to dip in salsa. Salsa was way too chunky and tasted canned. Ordered steak burrito plain with cheese rice and beans got wet ranchero sauce that made tortilla greasy and fall apart. Beans were room temperature and consistency of purée. Rice was bland with no taste. Wife got birria tacos that were micro in size and absolutely no love on plating. Waiter was completely absent and manager walked around in circles looking busy but doing absolutely nothing. Flavors and service were sadly disappointing music level way too loud prices way too high so to say the least we will not be returning.

Service was good as usual. The noise level from the house music made having a conversation, and even the interaction with the service staff difficult.

The food here is exceptional and I’m a repeat guest. My issue with last night was the failure on multiple staff that allowed my food to show up at my table with tomatoes of which I’m extremely allergic to. Not only y does the guest Chit contain extensive notes, but I also informed the waiter as well. The person picking up my food was either not informed or they couldn’t read. When I first came here long ago, I had a similar issue but the GM at the time Omar worked through the breakdown. Now he isn’t here and I’m going through the same thing. The manager once informed about it last night didn’t seem concerned over the issue. You’re going to kill your guests if you can’t follow food safety requirements.

Every visit to Borracha has been great. The staff are fast and friendly. Management doesn’t push you out the door to turn over tables .The food beats expectations every time.

We came for the all you can eat tacos and tequila and it was phenomenal for the price! They kept them coming and the quality was great. I’m usually weary of these things because i feel the food and drinks are subpar but everything was excellent! We will be back.

Great experience great service and good food seated right on time and will be going back just was missing the trash can nachos didn’t have those on the menu like Laughlin but everything else was wonderful

Always a frist night stop when I'm in town. The swordfish veracruz is delicious along with anything else on the menu. I'm a huge fan of the '57 Cadillac margaritas too! Chips, salsa and guac are the best in Vegas. Friendly staff=perfect meal every time.

The night was great we did the Taco and Tequila Tuesday with a ceviche appetizer. Our server was attentive and very nice looking forward to going back to try other items.

The service was amazing. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were very accommodating. The tacos were ok. They came hot and tasty.
