    My recent dinner at Botánica with my wife was wonderful in every way. The open air atmosphere surrounded by gardens with romantic lighting was so lovely. Manuel our server was excellent - attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Our Margaritas and Mezcalitas were perfectly prepared. We were presented with a plate of pillowy focaccia and a delicious side of oven roasted garden eggplant purée. We started with “Botanica in a Vase” which was a huge colorful salad made from fresh and pickled vegetables from the garden dressed with a Flor de Jamaica dressing. For entrées we ordered the Catch of the Day which was Cabrilla and it was so fresh and perfectly grilled. I think the best piece of Cabrilla ever! We requested corn tortillas and they made us incredible blue corn ones. Manuel said they get the blue corn from Oaxaca. Fresh sautéed vegetables and excellent salsas accompanied the fish. We also ordered a Pizza Margarita which was well prepared - classic, just the right amount of toppings on a good crust. We look forward to returning!

    This place is a beautiful oasis. Food delicious and fresh and unique. Staff warm and welcoming. Food presentation was like any Michelin star rated restaurant. You can the staff love to work here and everything is made with love and care. A must visit!

    Hidden in Pescadero, Botánico at Más Olas is an unforgettable dining experience where nature and flavor collide. The lush, open-air ambiance sets the tone for an evening that feels effortlessly magical. The Compressed Pineapple and Burrata were especially delightful— they were the perfect harmony of sweet, tangy, and savory, showcasing the chef’s creativity with local ingredients. Service was warm, attentive, and perfectly paced, with every dish delivering bold, fresh flavors. We'll be back!

    The food was terrific with a wonderful head chef that roamed around saying “hi” to guests and making sure they were enjoying their evening. Was a great evening.

    Just a big American hotel restaurant on a big American hotel property. I went on a referral and it wasn’t really as billed.. not sure what was seasonal or regional about pizza and pasta and truffle everything with a few token greens from the property’s garden. The service was stiff and perfunctory. Decor straight out of a higher end all inclusive. Could have been anywhere. Felt like I was dining at a golf club. As Cabo creeps up the coast may Todos Santos be sparred the whitewashed trash.

    The chef was so friendly, he seated us because we were turned around on a path and bumped into him. The food was beyond all expectations. The ingredients were so fresh and paired so well together. Our salad and main dishes were wonderful. The lamb shank was awesome! The house salad was one of a kind! The service was exceptional too. A highlight of our trip.

    The brick fire pizza was perfect. The ambiance with the outdoor setting was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
