   Truly outstanding breakfast 🍳 I chose Botanique for a birthday treat and I think it’s truly the highest quality food in Brighton. The ambiance was so elegant, warm and calming. The general manager was so charming and welcoming.

   Another exceptional meal at the lovely Botanique. Staff attentive and engaging as always and the food is just exquisite - delighted to see a couple of non vegetarian options on the menu now too - a welcome improvement from a personal perspective. Very highly recommended.

   We have been to Botanique twice now and each time the servers were incredible attentive, the food delicious, and the drinks selection amazing. We will 100% be coming again! The innovative and seasonal menu never disappoints, the chef truly knows how to make a vegetable shine. Highly recommend this wonderful place

   Staff were excellent and very friendly. Service was great. The food was awful, went there for an anniversary dinner and ordered almost everything on the menu. There was not 1 dish that was nice. It wasn’t just me that thought it, me and my partner both thought all the food was bland and left a weird aftertaste in your mouth. Neither of us are fussy eaters either. We had high hopes as we recently ate at Food For Friends and it was incredible, this was a huge disappointment. Total bill was over £100 and I left there feeling extremely unsatisfied.

   Delicious dishes and very attentive and pleasant staff. Not the cheapest and portion size is ‘fine dining’ at its best. Would’ve loved some bread to mop up the delicious sauces! I’ll go again though.

   Went to Botanique for brunch last Saturday. Can safely say in 46 years of living this was the best brunch I’ve ever had. I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to after this gastro spectacular. We started with the rosemary and truffle polenta, the accompanying dips were incredible. However the 3 brunch plates we ordered between us (no judgement please) were incredible. Wild mushroom on focaccia with sunflower ricotta was a delight. Fresh and bursting with umami richness. Next the Benedict, with silky smooth hollandaise, smoked aubergine rusher, crispy kale and avocado was insane. Finally the pancakes which the hostess kindly split into two bowls. Wow. These pancakes were phenomenal, with maple, fruit compote, fresh strawberries, coconut yoghurt and almond brittle. Would highly recommend. This is simply what all other vegan brunches aspire to.

   Thoroughly enjoyed the celeriac and mooli, they were delicious. However disappointed with the aubergine main and found the “crème brûlée” unpleasant. Service very friendly, however had to wait a very long time for main without any communication. For the price point was expecting more consistency with the food and waiting time.

   Wonderful night celebrating my husbands birthday with friends. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Ambience was spot on. Food was out of this world 👌🏻 Thanks for an amazing evening. We’ll be back!
