   Well where should I begin . So first off do I even get any points for my reservation cause the Host never checked me in or even sat me for a 9pm seating . So I walk in & Immediately think that it’s a ghost town there’s no one in the place the entire bar is just empty and this looks like a place that can hold easily 2-300 people so it’s huge . I knew at that very moment that I should have just left , but I had already payed for parking plus it was a Wednesday for their happy hour all day so I says to my date whom was confused about the situation . Let’s give it a shot , so to the bar we go . The bartender seemed like he was on some type of speedy drug with the turbo speech nothing worst then a person who talks faster then they actually move . After waiting 10mins for a server I go back to the bar to order drink’s & food mind you folks this place is totally empty besides the one other table that left as we waited for our order now I have a server willing to help me after I’ve already opened up a tab with the bartender . “Thank you much doll” but her attitude sucked big time , send her back to server’s school . Next time someone ask for a bottle light when nobodies buying bottles at the moment your guest should get whatever they want or need so she killed the vibe from the jump . She blew a $20 tip easily over a 99cent bottle light. I’m newly moved to Dallas & I have a great Bar & Lounge that I own Dwn-Twn L.A. as well as a +20k following on Instagram so this isn’t coming from your advantage patron I too am in the Bar & Restaurant industry for over 20yrs now . I may look 20 but in fact I’m well over 40yrs old . So over all on a scale of 1-5 I give it a 2 the pizza was awesome & they have really great quality napkin’s !!!

   Communication was not clear, I reserved through open table and directly through Bottled Blonde for VIP. when I first arrived they sat us at a booth but it wasn't until 30-40 minutes in that they realized I had reserved for bottle service, 5 bottles of Ciroc. They moved us but that was kind of frustrating. The waitress mentioned the spend limit would be $1400 because they were having a show but I didn't see anyone. There was also a really long hair in the wings. The manager came by to apologize and took both orders of wings off our tab. All in all in was a good experience and we will definitely go back. The vibe and music we'r on point, like that there is a good mix of people.

   We went at 6:15 on a Saturday for a bite to eat before a show at Bomb Factory and they were in FULL ON nightclub mode. Great for them if that's their business model, but we wouldn't have walked all the way up there had we known. It was so loud with dance music that we had a hard time hearing across a six topper. Food was okay, and our server was great. It was weird because security came over two or three times. Maybe they thought we just didn't fit in.

   Celebrated my 40th birthday here last Saturday. Although we did not reserve a table the staff treated us as if we did. They were very friendly and made sure my girls and I had a good time and were taken care of. The food was delicious and the music was poppin. The atmosphere was energetic and we danced the entire time we were there.... we WILL be going back!!

   They had a loud DJ at 5pm. I understand its a night club but, I couldn't even hear what my date was saying. I would not go there again. It's a night club, not a restaurant.

   I chose to come here for a girls night out and it was not what I expected. We came for dinner on a Friday night and wanted stay after for the club but we didn’t stay after dinner because, 1. We didn’t get seen after 30 minutes. - The manager was nice enough to give us a free round of drinks and appetizers. 2. Our waitress never came after getting our drinks to check up on us 3. When we got the food, my friend didn’t get what she ordered and when the waitress was confronted she told her, “well that’s not what you pointed at the first time!” Instead of just apologizing and correcting it. And what my friend ordered was on the other side of the menu of what the waitress thought she ordered. 4. After this, she never came back and it was the busboy who took care of us the rest of the night. Overall, bad experience!

   It wasn’t the best tbh. I only know this place for its nightlife and we had to call down a server and it seems liked the girls and front door guy were not happy to be there. It was until it got a little more packed and we went to the bar and the ladies were very attentive. I would recommend next door, Backyard instead.

    When i first arrived, the waitress was rude, i asked to speak to a manager and her was very pleasant and made sure our party was taken care of. The waitress, Blair, was rude the whole time and was not very responsive or curtious of our party. We were treated as if we were a bother to her waiting on us. Manager stopped by and made sure to make sure we were taken care of. the atmosphere was great, music was great, drinks and food were awesome. I would recommend this place to friends but would not recommend the waitress.
