   While I'm so thankful that they were open on Christmas, the experience was the worse we've ever had there. We are there probably once a month, but typically sit at the bar and now I know why. We were seated at 3:45, at 3:55 the server came by and offered us a drink. We asked for water and a bottle of wine, they were out of the wine we wanted. We selected another one and he came back with it 10 minutes later. I had to ask for water twice. We ordered our food at 4:05 and it arrived at 4:50, lukewarm. Under normal circumstances I would have sent it back, but we were starving. As I said, we are there a lot, we will continue to go there, but we will likely return to the bar where we always get in incredible service. Two of the managers consistently walked by us (we were seated alongside the kitchen) and neither of them noticed we sat there for 20 minutes with nothing on our table, but two other servers did and offered assistance. There was a young man in a black suit and red tie who was doing the work of 3 people.

   Christmas Day and the restaurant was packed. We had a m’m3:00 reservation and they were already sold out of the entrees and wine we wanted. In the end our meals were delicious. Service was slow but with so many customers no surprise. We willl definitely visit again!

   The bathroom floors and the entranceway to the bathroom were extremely slippery.

   Steak could have been better for the price point compared to others. One of the main items ordered did not show up. Drink went dry twice. Screaming kid beating on the back of the seat cushion did not help. If this was your kid and you failed to correct them, shame on you. Bring your bad children to children restaurants. I prefer the main restaurant on Veterans Blvd.

   We had a nice experience however the kitchen lost our ticket so it took quite a while to receive our food. Then we had 1 of 4 entrees under cooked.

   The prime rib was horrible (and so tough we couldn’t eat it). The ribeye and the other items were really good

    Taste of Summer specials---crab cakes & oysters. All good. Exceptionally long time to get food though on a not-to-busy Thursday night.
