The dining room features a 3 course prix fixe menu with a multitude of choices. For the more spontaneous sorts; our bar, lounge and chef's counter is available on a walk-in basis and limited reservations. An a la carte menu is offered in these areas.     Multiple dates available
    MAX 12 guests: The wine vault is a semi private space near the main dining room that seats up to 12 guests. There is a minimum food and beverage spend of $2,200 regardless of the number of guests. There are ADDITIONAL fees of 8.63% tax, 6% SF Mandates and a 23% service charge. These fees are non-negotiable. The menu offered is the same as the dining room (a multi-selection prix fixe menu). Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged $750. Corkage is $50 per bottle for the first two, then $75 per bottle after. Please note the room is actively used as a wine cellar during service. There is no additional space for a reception.

    TWO course dinner. Join us for a special evening featuring Chef Nancy and Dana's culinary creations served within Boulevard's classic dining room. Only available in early seating before 7:00 pm. All tables are reserved for a maximum of 2 hours. Two courses per guest, appetizer and entree. Dessert optional/additional. All guests must participate. Price is $135 plus 6% SF mandate, sales tax of 8.625% and 22% service fee. (Total price for each guests is $184.44 per person for the two courses) Additional purchases will also incur the same fees and charges. Cancellation is $100 per person if cancelled within 48 hours. NO exceptions will be made to our cancelation policy. We cannot accommodate alium, dairy or vegan restrictions for this evening.

    Extraordinary. This SF landmark was firing on all cylinders tonight. Food was spot-on, service even better. Our lovely server Leanna (sp?) read her audience perfectly. She guided us through the menu and paced the courses seamlessly, all the while engaging with us charmingly. Wine guy John Lancaster is one of a kind. He asked us a few questions about what we liked and paired wines that were out-of-this-world. The man is a wizard, he seemed to just appear at our table at the perfect time. Amazing to see this powerhouse SF establishment leading the way into the future.

    Service was good but food was very average. For the price it was really disappointing. I also felt quite sick after finishing dinner and the morning after.

    Hello Charles, We are sorry to hear you had a hard time finding parking. For future reference, we offer partially validated parking across the street at the Rincon Center Garage, 121 Spear Street. Validation is from 4:30pm to midnight every night.

    Went for my son’s birthday. Food was great and presentation was beautiful. Service was fabulous. I just wish we didn’t have to do a three course menu and could just order à la carte. It’s too much food for me and I felt like it was a waste of money. $125 for a three course Meal is on the pricey side, especially if you don’t eat a lot. Really miss that you don’t have valet parking anymore. That was kind of terrible, but I did fortunately look out and found a spot close to the restaurant.

    Hi Kathy, We are very happy to have facilitated a wonderful birthday dinner for your son! The three-course menu is only required in the main dining room, the a la carte menu is available in the bar & lounge area. Both areas are open for reservations via Opentable. As for parking, we offer partial validation across the street at the Rincon Center Garage, 121 Spear Street.     The food was really good. We brought a very nice bottle of wine, 2000 vintage, and asked Sommelier to open it carefully with Durand. We did not get to see him open the bottle at our table. He brought in the decanter. We asked for the cork since we collect them. He brough it but it was broken into pieces. The wine was good but we were disappointed with the service at this special restaurant.

    Boulevard is the best bargain in San Francisco for the highest quality cuisine and service. I’m a long time SF resident and patronizing Boulevard over the years and it has remained consistently high quality. This newer price fixe format has made it only more accessible.

    I've been dining at Boulevard since it first opened. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the world. Nancy had it decked out for the holidays. The food and ambiance were amazing. That said, it's always an amazing experience . . .

    Dining here during the holiday is really a treat because the decorations are just marvelously festive. It’s like being in a winter wonderland. We came for the 3 course prix fixe menu which we’ve been doing for the past 3 years. Service with Madeleine was terrific. She checked in with us frequently and her assistant, whom I recognized over the years from dining here was attentive and friendly too. Appetizers: The lobster “bisque” was delicious with a square of bread pudding and lobster pieces on the side. Hubby liked his scallop dish and BFF enjoyed her duck liver pate’. Entrees: The pork chops were delicious and tasty too. Mt artic sea bass was cooked just right, tender and flaked off with a fork easily. Desserts: We thought the rose apple tart filling was a tad too tart but the tart it self was crispy. The tiny scoop of ice cream was good. Hubby tried the chocolate cake and liked it. We always look forward to dining here and hope to continue.
