   Date night at the Bracken Ridge Tavern was a nice night of a few drinks and dinner. The mahi mahi special was very nice with a mix of beans, mash spuds and garlic cream sauce - an interesting combination. The rare 300g rib fillet was medium cooked so that was a little disappointing however it was still very tender. Overall is was a good dinner but they could do much better.

   Ordered the 700g Pork Ribs BBQ glaze which I paid $40 for..... and it was overcooked and dry... the salad was soggy and drowned in dressing... the best thing on my plate was the chips... very disappointed... took the rest home in a doggy bag for the dogs, literally... won't be eating there again. A refund would have been nice instead of having to pay for something with such poor quality.

   The food and service was second to none. We were there early so it was quiet and relaxed. Service was fast, meals were lovely

   Great food, wonderful staff. Happy to make changes to any menu items to suit diner’s needs and wants. Wait staff are wonderful, bar staff offer great service. Staff are very accommodating.

   The food overall was OK but when I order 'well done' steak I prefer NO pink it was still quite pink.

   I have to say we ordered the food and they could not do as we requested with the chicken wings. When we got the chicken wings, they were hot and we had only had time to eat one or two of the six wings and they brought our main course out So we had to leave our wings or eat our steaks. I asked for steak and salad and all I got was steak and chips, The chips were not fresh. Literally within five minutes of receiving our entrees, the main course came out. It was not like the restaurant was busy goes around 5:30 pm Very disappointing overall experience

   Get food, the preparation of the dishes were five stars. Great servers and great place to have a great feed a reasonable prices
