Brasilia Churrasco Steakhouse is the premier Brazilian Steakhouse located in downtown Asheville. Our unique all-you-can-eat “Churrascaria” experience features a 30-item salad bar with hot dishes and a “parade” of different types of meats, including traditional Brazilian cuts, slides at your table by our team of Gauchos. Our menu also includes a wide selection of wines from Argentina, Chile, California, and our famous Caipirinha Cart to complement your meal.

    Meat is either raw or overdone no medium or medium rare. Due to water issue in Asheville menu and buffet is reduced, however, you still pay the same price. I would recommend waiting until full menu, especially if you don’t enjoy cold raw meat or leathery well done as you will be paying for a big salad.

    Excellent experience as always. We visited after Hurricane Helene and we were happy to be able to support them after all the community have been through. Food was delicious and the service was great as always.

    Leonardo was our server & it was an amazing experience. We made a reservation today at 5:00 and as soon as we got there we were waited on. We were the first ones in the restaurant. Restaurant staff were so friendly and took us right to our table. We snacked on the salad bar while they prepared the meat. Even being the only ones there, we were served all meat multiple rounds in less than 30 mins. Leonardo also gave me a new Diet Coke after every 15 mins even when it wasn’t halfway empty so I wouldn’t be drinking watered down pop. Salad bar was beautifully prepared. Meat cooked amazingly, staff so friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Some even can say it’s better than Texas de Brazil. Good job everyone, you got me to like steak even more. Thanks Leonardo for bringing us out a birthday crème Brûlée with a candle. My boyfriend loved it. We’ll make this place a tradition on family vacation.

    The service was outstanding and the meats were very good. The salad bar and hot side dishes were okay, but obviously not the star of the show so I didn’t expect them to be. Overall we were happy with the experience.

    We always have the same wonderful server. He is amazing. The food is always perfect and delicious. The cold and hot bar are more than wonderful. We love this place. We go here often because of the level of customer service and quality of food.
