   I dined at the Brasserie two months ago (which was great) so wanted to return on this trip. Caesar salad and butter lettuce salads were delicious as was the Gnocchi with mushrooms, peas and Gruyere and the Apple Tart (OMG!), BUT our New York Steak was tough and basically flavorless (without the Bernaise sauce). The charge was $88 - for a NON-PRIME steak??? VERY disappointed in the steak at a STEAK HOUSE!

   The chopped salad was delicious. The best salad I have ever had. Everything else was delicious also

   Apps were fantastic! Bone in Ribeye not cooked as ordered and not worth $115. Spinach side is very good.

   Our server was amazing, but the kitchen service and lack of response by the manager - I can not recommend. After waiting over an hour for our appetizers, we left without eating anything other than the bread that was brought out. The manager refused to visit our table after asking multiple times. I did not listen to the reviews... please listen... do not visit this place.

   Food was just ok and not worth what they charged. Service was very slow and it was a Wednesday and the restaurant wasn’t full. We waited over and hour for our food, had to ask for water and waited on the check way to long. We would not go back.

   Unfortunately- our 350.00 meal for two was not very good. One steak was correct and tasted good. The other was as if you put meat in a skillet without any seasoning and put it on a plate. That was supposed to be a ribeye spice crusted steak. Zero flavor. We never got our second martini round- but the waiter did say he wouldn’t charge us for it… that was nice - we didn’t get it. The hostess seemed bothered by customers - the waiter was nice so we still tipped well. The kitchen and staff need a lot of work. We will not be back to find out how it goes. Bobby Flay should order a spice crusted steak and do his own review…

   It is our 2nd time eating there and we loved it both times. The food is Amazing and service is impeccable. Portions like the grilled pork chop and crispy chicken are big. Our favourites are the homemade potato chips with cheese sauce, crispy chicken with grilled lemon, any of the steaks with the sauces and the chocolate soufflé. All are excellent and you have to try them. It’s pricey but Five Stars, we always eat here once when we come to Vegas.

    Literally, everything was so amazing that I’m giving it five stars, even though the lobster tail was tough and cold upon arrival. The potato purée was second to none, my filet mignon was cooked beautifully, and everybody else’s dishes were amazing.
