This was our first time at the restaurant. We were headed to the Alley Theatre for a 8 p.m. show. The service was excellent. We ordered the Crab Cake, wine, mushroom risotto and the Duck Confit. It was all excellent. I highly recommend.

Unimpressed. Too many restaurants in Houston to have bad hosts and slow service. Food was okay. Server was friendly but the host was a turn off from jump. Sad story

Went here for valentines day. Was excited to try the menu, but when we got there they showed us a limited valentines menu advertised as a three course meal. Its just a way for them to make as much as possible with limiting the menu, but they made it seem like a special. Also, my girlfriend asked for the only rosé in the rosé section of the menu at $13 dollars a glass, but the waiter put a more expensive ($24 a glass) champagne that she did not even come close to ordering on the bill. I still dont know if this was intentional to drive up the bill, but the waiter, Juan, gave serious attitude when we told him about it as if we were being stingy or something. Sorry I dont want to pay 10 extra dollars for something we did not order. Eventually he took the entire drink off the menu and came back with the bill, but he forgot to bring my card that was in the check. I told him this and he again gave attitude and brought my card back and put the original $13 dollar drink back on the bill. I know this is the proper thing to have been done, but why did he take the drink entirely off the menu and then put the $13 dollar one back on? In the end he got me the final bill and left me hanging without a pen for at least 5 minutes. Overall, the food was not great for the crazy price of the “deal” and the service was terrible.

Our server, Eddie, was spectacular; a gifted conversationalist and all over his service 👍👍 I always ask servers for advice on fish preparations and he recommended the Halibut, which was awesome. Also, we shared the beat salad , which was excellent. We will be back

My wife and I shared five different dishes with a great bottle of French white: great flavors all around. Really shocked the restaurant wasn’t more packed on a Saturday night.
