   We made reservations for the Valentines Day experience at Brasserie Le Mistral this year and were unfortunately disappointed with our experience. For $160pp before drinks, you would expect a romantic ambiance, but the back room that they showed us to was not what we expected. Service was good and I have nothing bad to say about our server, but for that kind of money, I would have expected something more professional. The food was good, we had the duck and the steak for our mains. The live music was great also, but I really think that Mistral was looking to squeeze as much money as they could from the night as we were all packed like sardines into the back room. We split a bottle of wine and our server was great in that respect. What really got me was the sticker shock of the $470 bill before tip, it just really didn't feel like that level of experience for that price. For $500 we really expected something more. Mistral would be great for a lunch or a casual dinner, but I wouldn't trust them with a romantic occasion next time around!

   CLASSIC brasserie. If you like the timely dishes of steak au poivre, mussels, duck, etc. this is the THE place in the neighborhood. The ambience was perfect and the service was great. Saw lots of regulars come in and the staff knew everyone by name. Highly recommend.

   Love that the tables are nicely spaced out and I’m not sharing my meal and conversation with strangers seated 4” away at the next table. Food was delicious and service friendly and efficient. Corner location with great light.

   We were early diners with a 3year old . Food was wonderful, 3 had the special short rib ravioli that was fantastic. Very accommodating of our little one, will be back!

    We spent New Year's eve at Brasserie Le Mistral and we could not have chosen a better place. Their regular menu is always fantastic and you can not go wrong with what ever you choose. On this evening, we went for the Prix Fixe special menu for New years and it was FANTASTIC! What a great way to start the year! Thank you to all of the great staff, the entertainment, and especially the kitchen for always having such consistent and delicious food. If you haven't dined here yet, you are surely missing out! Bon appetit!
