   The eggplant was was extremely thin, lacked a decent serving of marinara and mozzarella cheese. Our waitress was not as attentive to our food and needs. The manager had to provide table ware and plates and we had to ask a couple of times for a serving of bread. The appetizer took too long to be served as it came just before our main entree’s

   It is Christmas Day. I had reservations ahead of time for 3 people. We were seated in front of kitchen and asked to be moved. We were treated great and moved to different table. Our soup and dinner were served together which i did not like. Food was delicious. Our original server left with out a word and another server replaced her and apologized for the change. All in all dinner was enjoyed and we ordered dessert to go.

   We had nowhere to go on Christmas. This was surprisingly good. They were on it. Food, service, ambiance, crowd—all was pleasant. We enjoyed it. Accommodating.

   I gave an overall rating of four stars because I didn’t want to punish the manager, the chefs and the servers because of my miserable experience with Dinah at the hostess stand. She is the cause of 4 stars instead of 5 and she deserved a 1 star! I was not greeted with a smile, I was not greeted with a welcome and from there things just got more miserable! I was on the verge of leaving even though it was Christmas Day and nothing else was open. Fortunately Allen, the manager, stepped in and was awesome! He listened, understood and made things right! He really saved the day and I am very grateful to him! Felicia, my server, was outstanding! She was attentive, friendly, smiling, efficient and made me feel valued! The food was wonderful; the shrimp scampi with spaghetti was delicious but the tiramisu was to die for. I don’t even like tiramisu but I decided to try it and it was unlike any other tiramisu I’ve ever had and it was just beyond delectable! I have never given a review where I so pointedly named someone who made an experience an unhappy one! But kudos to everyone else and thank you!!!!

   The waitress went beyond what was necessary and she was very sweet. The food was excellent as always.

   The quality of food is always excellent but the last couple of times we’ve been there the food has been served lukewarm as if it’s been plated a while before it’s served. We didn’t complain the first time because the restaurant was really busy but the 2nd time was Christmas Eve before 5 PM & there were very few dining.

   Everything was good.The only problem was I had to wait 15 minutes in line even though I had reservation.

    Place was filthy. Whenever anyone opened the bathroom, the smell permeated the restaurant. My vegetables were old (asparagus) and over cooked. My wife, who had eggs benedict, complained that they were nothing like eggs benedict - wrong bread, wrong cooking on the eggs. The only think that was good was our server and the drinks. The place should be closed down.
