   We waited 10 minutes before we were approached for water and then waited again about 10 minutes before the water came then the food took about 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes for the check. We got there at 12 and left at 1:30. That’s ridiculous. Service was horrible. not even an apology for slow service or an acknowledgment. Food was fine

   We decided to go out and celebrate Boss's Day here. We were a party of 11. The service was not unfriendly, but the restaurant was slow, and our server was not on top of their stuff. It seemed like they would get lost. I had to have someone look for the server to pay. I blocked out 2 hours for lunch and could not make it back to work in that time frame. The food was great! We ordered dessert but we had to take it to go. I would be hesitant to go back for an event at a busier time for the restaurant because if that is how slow they work when the restaurant is slow, I can't imagine if we had gone when they had more people.

   Our meal was good. Our waitress was also the bartender, so we had very delayed service. We didn’t have an opportunity to order second drinks and we never had refills for our kids drinks. Portions were super small. Service was poor when expecting a nice Italian dinner out. This place is on its last leg.

   Our server, Tahani was very professional and personable. I had the Pasta Bravo which was okay and my husband had the Chicken Parm which he said was great! It was a very busy night but the manager made everything flow very well.

   Food was ok, no real complaints, but for a restaurant that maybe only had 12 other tables, the service was ridiculously slow! We walked in at 7:06 & walked out at 8:42. I wasn’t expecting ’fast food’ but seemed like the kitchen was poorly managed, server was ok, but could have done better with more table touches to let us know what was going on. I felt worse for the table next to us. They were seated before us and had two small children who were obviously hungry and tired of waiting for their food. The server was finally asked to at least bring out the kids pizza, which they did. Another twenty minutes went by, our entree’s were brought out finally, but the adults at the other table still hadn’t received theirs. They eventually got up and told the manager they were leaving. I can’t say that I would be likely to ever return.

   First timers to Bravo. It was more than excepted. We did happy hour with a salad and three appetizers, three glasses of wine and two glasses of some fabulous lemonade. Our server was also the bartender. She was incredible. All this for 80$ with tip. I highly recommend 🔥🔥🔥

   As usual, they exceeded our expectations. We had a great anniversary dinner and we vow to continue this as long as we can. Thank you all for making this night special.
