    We were seated on time and there was ample parking. Our waitress was polite and courteous and our food was served in a timely manner. The dishes that my wife and I ordered tasted great and were at the right temperature. The portion sizes were more than enough for both of us and we offered boxes to take our excess food home. My wife and I go here at least once a month and enjoy the place. Give it a try.

    The food was cold when it was served. My Chicken Marsala was so tough it could not be cut with a knife. I left it on my plate. My husband’s spaghetti was barely warm but the meatballs were tasty. Salmon Fresco was pretty good. It was Christmas Day. Maybe food is better on a non holiday? The servers are probably in a better mood when they don’t have to work on a holiday.

    We apparently were invisible when we entered. Two different people at the desk ignored us until a third decided to acknowledge us. No smile until our server came. Food ok but not much service.

    Bravo is the only OpenTable restaurant that we go to where our table is never available and we have to wait like we didn’t make a reservation. Last Friday was third time that we had this experience. Unlikely that we’ll go back for dinner.
