    Visiting the area and no Brio/Bravo exists anymore in our area. Thought it would be good to go back to one. Restaurant was understaffed. We had to ask for everything - water, table settings etc. Portions were smaller and now they charge you $7+ for a salad with and entree. $5 lemonade is out of line. Staff was very pleasant but overall would not recommend it for these reasons.

    Food was excellent but they have too few servers. Our wonderful waiter was stretched thin. He tried to keep up, but service was very slow.

    A particularly busy night but the hostess and server were awesome and took great care of us. Food took longer than usual but we knew that the kitchen was challenged so we didn’t mind. Starting with the Diet Coke (oddly, I know) it was flat and the mix was off. Calamari appetizer was hot and seasoned nicely but a lot of it was very rubbery. Bread was delicious but the oil on the table was a bit odd tasting. We like plain olive oil if the bread has seasoning. Eggplant Parmesan was a large portion and good. Chicken Piccata had good flavors was a little over cooked and ended up crispy. Maybe too long under the heat salamander? Ryan our server was excellent!

    I have been to the restaurant on 4 occasions. They were great twice but the last two times were horrible. They can't handle large parties. It throws them off horribly. We waited 2 hours for food that was overcooked and not seasoned. At the end of the night, I had to speak with the manager about a colorism issue that occurred with a hostess. We will never go back

    The waitress was wonderful, but the kitchen was backed up and it took 1.5 hours to get our food. When I received my food, the portion size was significantly less than the rest of my party. I didn’t complain because we had waited so long.

    Beautiful restaurant but the service was slow and not many guest. The food was delicious but getting drink refills was a bit slow.
