   We went out n a Monday to celebrate a medical accomplishment. The restaurant was decorated nicely and had a welcoming feeling. We were greeted right as walked through the door!. We did have a reservation so we were seated right away. Our waitress was also the hostess for Bravo. She took our drink order. I had a glass of wine 9 ounce and Michael had a screwdriver. I ordered the lobster bisque. It was cold when it was served and I asked for it the be heated. It was very good and I would order it again. Michael ordered the Chicken Marsala with noodles instead of mashed potatoes as well as the green beans. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese. Michael enjoyed the chicken and would ordered it again. The beans were over seasoned and too salty to eat. My spaghetti was delicious! I loved it! Our waitress/hostess Jessica was just ok but to be fair she was doing two jobs. Just a heads up this restaurant is expensive for an Italian Restaurant. The cup of soup was $9.00. Three drinks were $46.00. I will definitely go back but not order a drink.

   We arrived on time for our reservation We were told to wait. Waited for 1/2 hour. Then proceeded to the table then asked to go back since our table was still not ready. Once at the table, we put in our drink order. Waited again for our drinks. People around us seemed to be waiting too. We asked the table next to us and they had been waiting a long time for their food. We all decided to leave and go somewhere else. Appeared to be very unorganized and understaffed.

   My wife and I went to Bravo to celebrate something special. It took us twenty minutes to be seated. It took us thirty minutes to be seen by a waiter. I really felt bad for him because he was definitely overwhelmed. He took our order. Our food came out about thirty five minutes later. Unfortunately it was the wrong food. Ten minutes later, a second attempt was made to deliver our food. My wife's dish was okay (but it wasn't how my wife ordered it), but my dish was wrong ( shrimp instead of chicken). To avoid an additional 20 minutes with my wife's food being at the table and I'm waiting for my food to come, I went on and accepted the shrimp. After my first bite, I couldn't eat anymore because the food had been seasoned so hot that I could not eat it. We were very disappointed!!!

   Food was good and our server was nice. But they are understaffed. Waited 30 minutes after reservation. And food/drinks too very long time.

   We were seated across from the kitchen with only a short wall separating the table from the kitchen. The cooks were yelling out orders. It was horrible. I couldn’t eat fast enough. We went early to miss the crowd and there were other tables. The food was good and our server was good but I doubt I will ever go back and if I do I will not let them seat me at that table.

   Round tables for 6 are great for conversation. Waitress was great and friendly. Consistently good food.

   They seemed very understaffed. A hostess was our server but it was obvious she was not trained. We had to ask multiple times for our drinks (and i mean waters and cokes) and bread. Entrees took way too long and food was subpar. And the check process was a disaster. I dont blame the hostess bc they were obviously short staffed and she was very flustered but the whole experience was poorly managed and disappointing.

    The eggplant parm was not good, the shaved chicken sandwich does not have shaved chicken and it’s too large to eat as a handheld
