    We had a party of six for a 6:00 pm seating and everything went perfectly. The hostess was pleasant and the waitress was friendly and polite. Plus she had a great smile. We all loved our dinners and excellent service.

    Food is always delicious! Service was so-so. Initially, served the wrong entree. Had to wait for the correct one while my dining companion’s meal sat on the table. Had to request fresh Parmesan for the entrees. Bread was a little stale. Had to request refills of water. Seated where we were blasted with cold air every time a new patron entered or exited. Bravos can and should do better.

    Very slow service; no one noticed that we didn’t have utensils even after food arrived despite the fact that we shad already asked for them. Food is okay

    When I go out to dinner, if the food is great, I don’t care what it cost. And with dinner, especially Italian, I want a glass or two of wine. Wine prices are ridiculous at Bravo’s and we don’t intend going back. As we walked out, we decided we would only do carryout in the future.
