Service was shockingly bad. We were left for about 20 minutes trying to order our food. My friend asked for lime and it was delivered an hour later to the table. Considering how expensive the food is, you would think the service would be better.

Our waitress was amazing , The manager was awful , they served us a curdled burrata , and he refused that it was off , and said it was orange sauce on it that caused it . Absolutely awful .

Disappointed overall. The Prawn cocktail was below average and poor value for money. The service was also slow

Firstly, I was made to pay an incorrect bill. Also, I can understand it was an extremely busy evening with Battersea hosting the local fireworks, however the lack of service and bad service was extremely appalling. Upon arrival, me and my guest both were greeted by the waitress serena with menus & intended to order drinks & a bread basket straightaway to start our birthday dinner celebrations. It took 25 mins to get someone's attention, we both tried to flag down managers running by who were too busy taking bills or rushing around the restaurant, but not looking around to see who needed attention. We were sat for 25 minutes with our hands raised & trying to initiate a manager towards us but we were completely ignored. This is terrible service & management really need to fix this. The only waitress on hand was serena again which was extremely bad, considering maybe a lack of staff that night however, she had no support from management at all who were just rushing around between guests & the restaurant, offering no real support in taking orders, clearing the tables between courses or speaking to us guests. After finally ordering drinks, starter & mains we informed her that we want the mains to arrive a while after our drinks & starter. This was completely ignore & within minutes, out came our mains so this left us no time to enjoy our initial drinks & bread basket as we only made our way halfway through the first bread. I booked here as it was my best friend's birthday & it's been on her bucket list of restaurants to visit & so this is a special visit. I mentioned it when booking & to the waitress Serena on arrival, there was no candle/singing for her when we ordered dessert. Coincidentally, there was a candle & singing for a guest behind us which made me feel extremely bad. Main thing we came for & the night's saving grace - the food, had left us utterly impressed & had us leaving feeling good as the kitchen prepared amazing dishes &the bar amazing drinks.

Was surprised that gluten free was not catered for very well I.e. no gluten free bread and not many option for gluten free kids meals. Food was ok but not worth the price.

Overall was a nice evening, lovely atmosphere and service but the food was not the greatest, the plates were too elaborated specially the kids pasta, the carpaccio with capers were too salty and the stake was too pricey for what it was.

Had the set menu which was good value and had a reasonable amount of choice. The food was hot, well cooked and tasty. The pudding (apple crumble and ice cream) was a real highlight. We were served by Guilia and she was absolutely brilliant. Really engaging and nothing was too much trouble. She was one of the best things about the whole experience. Would definitely recommend a visit. Booking is advised.

Half empty but still took over 45 mins between starters and main course. The mains were cold and very basic. Overall a really poor dining experience for the price.
