Guess this is where we are with eating out in London but I still think of you pay over £300 for 5 people who aren’t drinking a lot, it ought to be impressive in some way - this wasn’t all that

The food was cold, we had the beef wellington, which states give at least 35 minutes for it to be cooked it came in 5 minutes !!! My husband had a portion of chips and they were disgusting and hard. If it wasn’t for our gorgeous server Nicole we would have walked out.

We came to eat the burger. Unfortunately we been told that it’s not delivered today on time or another excuse. The lady who was seated us was not in the mood , I didn’t see one smile the time I was in the restaurant, remaining were very helpful and friendly.

It was a lovely lunch and good bottle of house champagne. To charge 15% service charge is outrageous!

We arrived early for our table and kindly asked if there was any chance we could eat earlier as there were empty tables in the restaurant. We were told abruptly no you’ll have to come back later. The hostess was really rude. Not oh sorry we can’t seat you earlier because we’re too busy etc. We came back at the correct time and were seated. We had no fewer than six different servers throughout our meal. Each didn’t know what the others were doing. So we ordered drinks but didn’t get them until after our first course was delivered. We spent a lot of money in this restaurant and we were not asked once if we’d like another drink or even if the food was ok. The food was great but honestly they need to get better staff! Noisy restaurant. I probably wouldn’t come back as we just didn’t think the staff made the experience what it should have been.

Nicole - you really did provide a great table service experience for my Fiancée and I. It was all wrapped up with a birthday scoop of ice cream; this was dusted with Biscotti biscuit, culminating in: “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate ink on the plate.

The food and the staff were absolutely amazing, definitely a good experience. Staff are very busy, but very efficient. It's a good place in a very good location. The shopping centre is amazing, and the restaurant just put a cherry on our cake with an amazing service and food. Can't fault it at all.
