Always a bit disappointing for the price. Food OK but never very special. They hurl the courses at you as though speed is the primary objective, and as a result tables turn over at a cracking pace, giving the place the ambience of a a business class lounge rather than a restaurant. There are better options in Battersea, especially by the river.

Second time to a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and once again a disappointment. Our table was booked for 19:30. Got there on time and the place was a quarter full yet our table wasn't ready thus we were asked to sit at the bar. Not a problem. We ordered drinks. Just as the drinks were made and served we were escorted to our table. The drinks however never followed. We sat down and were pretty much forgotten about. After about 10 mins I reluctantly enquired what happened to our drinks and asked if we could order soft drinks for the kiddos. It took almost 20 mins for anyone to come and ask if we were ready to order food. The food was fantastic. Can't fault it. I had the dry aged rib eye and it was cooked to perfection. If you are after decent food at a high price and don't give a hoot about service, then visit. But I'm a stickler for good service, especially when in an establishment like this. No one even saw or out, no goodbyes or anything. The staff here do not care. Not going back here again in a hurry.

Food was good, but took a long time to come out. We waited well over an hour. The service in general was okay - just very slow. The toilets were disgusting hadn’t been cleaned at all. No thanks from anyone when we paid and left. The staff seemed as if they were under pressure. Not welcoming at all. Not sure if I would return.

I was looking forward to the meal at BSK but it failed to live up to my expectations. Firstly the waitress welcomed us warmly however when I asked whether or not the orange juice was fresh, she said it was fresh although not made on the premises when the orange juice came to the table it was from concentrate so at best she was ill informed and at worse she was deliberately misleading me. We ordered from the set menu the salmon was adequate and the steak was very chewy. It took me about 30 minutes to finish the main course . The wait was very long for the meal as well. It took an hour before our order came to our table, on the whole it was just a disappointing meal and I’m not sure I could really recommend this restaurant to others.

Guess this is where we are with eating out in London but I still think of you pay over £300 for 5 people who aren’t drinking a lot, it ought to be impressive in some way - this wasn’t all that

The food was cold, we had the beef wellington, which states give at least 35 minutes for it to be cooked it came in 5 minutes !!! My husband had a portion of chips and they were disgusting and hard. If it wasn’t for our gorgeous server Nicole we would have walked out.
