The service was very slow. The 3 waitresses were running around doing the best they could, but it was slow going. We sat down at 6:00 and didn’t get our food til 7:00. In fairness to them, EVERYONE was going to the 7:30 show. They needed more help especially during this crunch time. There wasn’t a bartender, so the wait staff had to make the drinks too. Our food was good but we had to eat in a hurry.

Reservation at opening of 5pm. Delayed being sat as staff were still setting tables and preparing to open. Ordered a Manhattan, was delivered an Old Fashioned. Bill indicated a Manhattan was entered. Our server delivered the drink and did not notice that the wrong drink had been made. Ordered the calamari. It seemed to be small bits of calamari with lots of breading. All very crisp, but mostly breading. My wife’s “classic house salad” consisted mostly of lettuce with minimal amounts of cheese carrots, and croutons. Tomatoes were missing. My Salmon entree: salmon was very good but the potatoes and asparagus were few that they were hidden beneath the fish.

Went for dinner before a play. Friendly service and nice atmosphere but food was very disappointing. The soft pretzel was lukewarm and dry. Served with cold, processed cheese and some basic honey mustard. Not worth $15! I order the wedge salad with salmon and it was just blah!! Most pathetic wedge salad I’ve ever seen. Lettuce was flat, no blue cheese crumbles, and unimpressive dressing. A few soggy tomatoes and red onion. Salmon was cold and not seasoned. Not good at all!! The one good thing was the French Onion Soup which was delicious and I honestly should have just ordered that. If you go, would probably recommend just going for drinks, and find a better place for dinner!
