   We have been here numerous times. This is the first time the service didn’t seem up to the standards of the previous visits. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time on a Sunday night with almost no diners present. We were told to go wait at the outdoor bar and we would be taken in promptly at our time. Our time came and went and we went back to reception area to find out why we weren’t seated yet (still very few diners present). Still not sure why that happened. After ordering there was a long wait for the appetizers, then a long wait for the salad afterwards. The waiter was not as attentive as we had been accustomed to on other occasions. We spent over $500 and wished the service had been better.

   The drinks were on point. The service was outstanding. The steaks had no taste. No flavor. My ribeye was like a flavorless strip.

   Everyone said the steak was the best they ever had! We did request a particular table well in advance and were told we would have it for our special occasion and when we arrived someone else was dining there and it wasn’t available. Service from Alex was impeccable.

   My Fiance and I came in for our anniversary . We had never visited Brenner’s but we will be back . Service was attentive , they seated us in a beautiful table overlooking the bayou for our anniversary . The ambience was great and the food didn’t disappoint . It was overall a great evening and met my expectations for such a special event .

    Enjoyable but expensive. I love the outdoor patio and surrounding scenery. Alaskan King crabs were delicious. Carrot cake for essert was perfect.
