La freschezza prima di tutto: potrebbe essere questo il primo comandamento di Brest Ostricheria, ristorante di pesce specializzato nei crudi che si trova nel cuore di Verona. In via Enrico Noris, nel centro storico scaligero, vi sembrerà quasi di essere finiti in un qualche remoto bistrot della Bretagna. Brest, città portuale francese, non vi sarà mai sembrata così vicina: provate un plateau oppure fatevi sorprendere dall’intensità del gusto del caviale. In ogni caso, l’esperienza sensoriale sarà difficile da dimenticare.

This is a wonderful seafood restaurant with a decidedly French flare. The restaurant was immaculately clean, the service and food exceptionally good. We were warmly welcomed and attentively served by the wife of the husband (chef) and wife team who own the restaurant. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Moreover, the seafood meal we enjoyed was very fresh, artistically presented and properly prepared. Every plate delivered was wonderful. It is our hope that many more will discover this delightful spot in Verona.
