   Chase gave us great service. Cocktails were delicious, food was fresh, fish was well seasoned. The salads were generous. And the view of sunset was the best in the area.

   Fabulous service from the second you walk in, have a expertly made cocktail at the bar, get seated at the linen table clothed table with beautiful ocean sunset views, to the complimentary Birthday desert, the dining g experience it top notch. My favorite go to restaurant for a very nice dinner. Servers are so accommodating. Offered suggestions to make the dining experience outstanding.

   Got the sure and turf medium rare and steak was absolutely blasted, like past well done levels. I mentioned to the waiter and he acknowledged but did not offer to replace or give a discount on receipt. The rest of the meal was wonderful. Order the steak at your own risk.

   Much better than our experience on the previous Sunday. Our waiter was friendly and attentive and crab cakes and chowder awesome. On Sunday it was deplorable. They said we had reservations for seven and I showed them it was for six. They stuck us i the back room when front room was nearly empty. After sitting there 20 min and no one came to wait on us i went to see if there was a problem. They sent a woman over but she loudly complained she was not taking another table so they had to find someone to wait on us. And then open table said we were a no show. Not a pleasant night. Glad tonight was better.

   Unfortunately it was not a great experience. Food took a long time and they really weren’t that busy. Steaks were overcooked Which was disappointing bc they were not cheap. We also noticed after we left we were charged an entire bottle of wine when we only ordered a glass.

   Kara, I apologize for your subpar experience. Having one kitchen that prepares food for all 3 floors of our establishment can be challenging at times, especially during peak dinner hour but we always try our best to make our guest happy. Having to wait for an elevator, to bring guests food due to our stairway being closed, made it even more challenging. I'd like to have someone correct the overcharge on the wine; if you can call the restaurant and ask for me, I should be able to get that fixed for you.     Food was good, atmosphere was nice and quiet. Service was very slow almost felt forgotten. Not much staff on to handle all the tables and it wasn’t very crowded, they all didn’t work well. Host seemed lost, and one waitress wouldn’t shut up thinking she was the best thing around but clearly couldn’t keep up. Best thing was the view, great for sunsets if you sit outside 10/10.
