   The food and service were very good. One person in our group is celiac and the server was very knowledgeable to recommend certain gluten free dishes and separate the sauce from a dish that contained gluten. Example: the chicken large plate, the sauce was on a separate plate for the non celiac people in our party.

   A charming restaurant with ambiance that is hard to beat. Very satisfied with the service, great personable waitress. Quite a decent wine list, though I would love to see the by the glass selection expand even more, as the wine nerd that I am. Perhaps by investing in Coravin technology this would ensure freshness of the pours by the glass. I do have great confidence in the Concorde group's / Bar Bridgette's wine leadership however, I know they do a great job overall, was particularly impressed that they had André & Michel Quenard Abymes Mineral 1248 (100% Jacquère varietal) from the Savoie region -- I just happened to get the very last bottle! Fantastic it tasted like a cross between a Chardonnay & a Sauvignon Blanc, zippy acidity & crispness, green apple & citrus fruit notes, went great with the oysters.    We had an amazing meal at Bridgette Bar. Our server Emily was fabulous and the food was unique and delicious. The banana pie is incredible beyond comparison.

   You seemed to have changed the burrata recipe; it was much better before. You don’t have much pesto on it, now it’s balsamic and much sweeter. Same with the Brussels sprouts, lots of sweetness. It was too much sweetness for a savory dinner dish.

   Great food and lovely place. The only issue was an obnoxious little bartender. He was rude, over charged us and treated us with distain. Sat at the bar and ordered pasta to share with another bar tender. He questioned if we actually ordered, then re ordered and then our food arrived. He apologized because he thought we were lying. Food was excellent, vibe is lively but he needs to go.
