   We made a reservation for 9 pm and did not get seated until 10 pm after we went up to the hostess desk since we had received no text yet about being seated. Then we sat and there were 3 tables around us filled with people with no food. We asked the table next to us how long they had been waiting for food and they said it had been an hour and a half since they sat down. What is the point of having a reservation if you’re not going to get sat and then wait another hour or longer to get any kind of food. We decided to walk out before we even ordered drinks. I have never had a terrible experience like this at a restaurant. Not worth it.

   Our reservation was for 7:30pm we weren’t seated till after 9:00pm. We received our meal a little before 10.

   Reservations for 7pm . Seated at 8pm. 10pm incorrect food order. Manager said he was correcting but never came back! Took steaks off but after THREE HRS: No food and still had to find something else!

   The hostess and waitress were both pleasant and attentive. Our poor experience was not their fault. We had a confirmed reservation for 7pm and we arrived on time. The hostess explained that the wait time was 40 to 45 minutes. We questioned why when we have a reservation and she explained that they are short staffed and there are only 4 cooks and they are often behind. It was obvious that they are short staffed as there were many empty tables. It was too late for us to make another reservation and so we were forced to wait. We were seated at 7:45. We would have expected to be informed of the short staff and potential wait times when we made the reservation which would give us an opportunity to make another choice. After being seated the waitress came for our drink order. We ordered a Michelob Ultra and a Peach cocktail. She informed us they were out of both and then we made other choices. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese and when it arrived at the table, it was not hot but lukewarm. We will not return to Brio until we are able to confirm the staffing issue is resolved. Very disappointed to spend time of our vacation waiting and then have missing items and lukewarm food.

   600pm reservation and did not get seated until 650p. Once seated our server was great, speed of service was great and food was very good.

   Quality in service and food has gone downhill! Over crowded and under staffed. Had to wait 40 min for a table with a reservation! Kitchen was backed up by an hour and it was not the best experience. Will be a long time before I go back there!

   Love eating there. Staff and managers were great. Food was fantastic. Easy to make reservations on Ceasers app. I’m there a lot. Will be back for sure.

   We had reservations at 4:45, but they were still seating people with 4:30 reservations. Had to wait 30 minutes past reservation time to be seated. Service was very slow.

   This location has issues with help. Always a problem. Had a 3:00pm res and was seated at 3:45pm and 20 minutes later we finally got our waitress to come to the table. We were getting ready to leave honestly. Once we got her she was GREAT. This restaurant has been a problem with service for years now. Something needs to be done!

    Took 45 minutes after our reservation. They were out of a couple of food items we were expecting to eat. Took a long time for everything.
