    Unfortunately this was the worst service we have ever had at this Brio location. We had a table of 8 to celebrate the holidays. It started off by our waiter informing us we were out of wine (which they were not, I had to go to the bartender to confirm). We had to ask for water and bread to be brought out, our dirty plates were not removed between courses, culminating with being told they were out of coffee when we asked for coffee with our dessert. It was a really bad experience in service. Very disappointed

    My dining partner ordered "a glass of cabarnet". True, he didn't specify which, but imagine our surprise to see on the bill he had consumed a $26 glass of wine! When I asked the waiter about it, he said the 3 $15 options were all sold out. He shrugged when I suggested the customer be informed next time. In addition, the dining room was freezing! Most of the diners, including us, were wearing our coats throughout our meal. Other than that - we did enjoy our entrees - less expensive than the glass of wine!

    Food and service were outstanding. Prices were a bit high for a chain restaurant. I know all about inflation, but the wine and menu was very pricey.

    Brio is decorated for the holidays, nice ambience, great and quick service, food always good especially the trio bruschetta a must try as an appetizer!

    The lamb chops sautéed spinach and fingerling potatoes were delicious as always. The service was promp, professional, and wealth of knowledge on the dishes to include several recommendations.

    Dining at Brio was a very fun experience and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Food and service were excellent as always.. delicious, pastas and soups and salads and a fine dessert to share. The service was great very attentive and our server checked on our table periodically to make sure we had everything we need. You can’t go wrong and we highly recommend this place.

    The food was better than I expected- We had the lamb chops and the Brio Pasta, both of which were great. The waitress was very attentive and experienced. But the place still looks like and feels like a chain restaurant- uncomfortable booths, tacky decor and no music. Solid place for a Friday night but not impressive.
