   At the last minute, we decided to grab a bite to eat after a long day, and Brios is one of our favorite spots near Crabtree Valley Mall! When we arrived, we were greeted by a long line, but luckily, we had a reservation and were quickly shown to our table. Our waiter, Nick, welcomed us with a big smile and shared the specials for the day, including a delicious Lobster bisque! It turned out to be the perfect way to wind down, enjoy some good conversation, and savor some amazing food after a busy workday.

   We had an amazing dinner and Malik our server was engaging and attentive and so professional and the food was out of this world for an hour we felt like we were sitting in Italy enjoying an authentic delicious Italian meal. Thank you Brio see you soon!

   Brio is our go to place for family celebrations. This was a triple birthday party where we were allowed to bring in our own cupcake tree for the celebration. Every member of our dinner party has a different favourite dinner. Each of our selected entrees was prepared perfectly. Great people and great food!

   Lameir was attentive, patient and present! Most importantly treated us as though we were his only guests! Great eye contact and a million dollar smile! My party of four was celebrating a birthday, which Lameir remembered with a dessert & candle for the birthday girl! I asked for a pasta selection with a kick, he recommended the pasta vodka! Great choice but the portion was 1/3 the size of my 2 friends meals who ordered Pasta Brio. Not the waiters fault, but after my first choice of pork chops was sold out, I was hoping for a hearty portion like my friends for next days lunch! We’re not big on alcohol, but Lameir still made sure to point out the fine selections of wines & spirits that Brio had to offer Over all, a great experience. I look forward to returning so I can enjoy the outside dining options.

   My server was excellent. She continue to check on me and friend. The noise level was quiet and restaurant was not crowded and was very clean.

   good food, Natalia was perfect. when i booked the reservation Brio was part of American Airlines dining program. unfortunately, Brio left that fantastic service before the reservation date but i did not realize until after i paid when i did not get the aa dining email confirmation. i hope Brio rejoins since that was the reason i chose their venue so often. luckily there are many other local restaurants that have been loyal to american airline dining for many years & most of them are less expensive.

   We love brio. The food is always fresh and high quality. And some really great menu options. They can get crowded, and especially if you're sitting in the bar area it can get noisy. And sometimes the staff appears to be stretched thin, and unfortunately they show it. But overall, this is one of her favorites and we will continue to return.

    We made reservations for New Year’s Eve @ 7pm. Arrived 5 minutes early and was told that they were behind and it would be about a 10 minute wait. 45 minutes later we just decided to leave. According to the hostess 7 people had called out and no one “was busing tables”. For 30+ minutes we observed multiple available tables go uncleaned and sit empty while the lobby filled up with others who also had reservations. Not once did anyone from management come out to offer apologies or a plan. Hostess pleasant, but just repeatedly walked back and forth just stating “I have plenty of available tables…just none of them clean”. We left!
