   Everything was wonderful! Service was excellent, friendly and professional. It does get loud but not too the point of turning one away. We look forward to returning soon.

   My server assumed that there were two people in my party and I was dining alone. He rudely grabbed the water away and said, WELL OKAY THEN! I looked at him like are you serious. I proceeded to order the spaghetti bolognese, which was delicious. Then, when my bill came I had a loyalty offer and the waiter misinformed me that my offer had a minimum $30 spend. My offer had no minimum requirement and I spoke to the manager.

   I’m so saddened by this restaurant. It used to be fantastic in the day - but it has gone so downhill. Smaller portions, terrible service and a depressing ambiance…

   Food was tasty. Everyone finished their plates. The appetizers were amazing. Wish there were more choices for pasta but overall good food.

   We booked a table for 8 to enjoy a family Thanksgiving meal at what used to be a great dining experience. It has changed. When we arrived for our dinner reservation, it was packed and our table was not ready. The hostess was rude. They sat us down and then the service was slow, and it took forever to get an order placed. The food as mediocre at best and the waiter payed no attention to us. The food took forever and we couldn't hear each other to talk together due to the noise. They were clearly understaffed and the kitchen was way backed up. They seemed to have overbooked and fulled take out orders that were way too many, ignoring the people eating in the dining room. We did not stay for desert and will likely never go back. Our holiday dinner would have been more elegant at Denny's. And cost half the price. Sorry, I don't usually complain but this was awful and seems all due to extremely poor planing by management. A holiday dining experience lost to a poor quality dining establishment. Never again,

   We chose to fine outdoors since the weather was lovely. The food is always perfectly made, served hot and delicious! Natalee, our waitress, was most attentive, extremely polite and friendly, as well as professional…in short, a jewel! Brio is our go-to restaurant for Italian food!

   Menu for thanksgiving was confusing. Not brunch, rather dinner menu at 10am. Coffee cold, bisque thin and watery. Server was delightful and we felt sorry for her. Huge miss on Brio’s part with menu confusion (not just us), especially with being open on thanksgiving and not taking advantage of the day and opportunity to serve appropriate selections, such as brunch. We made the most of our time with family, however disappointed with options and quality.
