   We reserved our spot so the wait wasn’t long at all. I’d recommend not sitting anywhere near the door when it’s cold outside, including the bar area. Outside doors expose everyone at the front of the restaurant making for a uncomfortable experience. I even requested a table away from the entry and they still sat us at one of the closet tables.

   Restaurant was too bright-no ambiance. We had reservation but had to wait 30 min to b seated. Waiter was very disheveled in appearance and behavior. Food did not come out at the same time, as a matter of fact, everyone was almost finished when I got mine. Food was not good and not hot. We will not go there again.

   The salads didn’t come out until the meal did. The dinner was overcooked. Too expensive for the no flavor and overcooked meal

   I wish I could say we had a great experience, which overall the food was amazing. However, we had a 630 reservation and waited 45 minute's to be sat. We had other reservations that night at 830, and not often do we get time away from our kids for a date night. Once we were sat we waited another 15 minute's to be served on. Once the waiter came to our table he said "ready to order?" without introduction. It felt very rushed. But we mentioned we wanted to put everything in at once because we had other reservations afterwards. He responded with "not surprised". I do not understand the purpose of making reservations if the restaurant does not honor those times. I do understand short staffing but if you know you have a high amount of reservations, that may mean turning away walk-in customers. The experience felt rushed, and inconvenient. I will say the food was great! We had the spinach and artichoke dip, pepporoni flatbread, and the sausage carbonara pasta. Everything tasted great.

   The food was exceptionally good. We had lasagna which was different but excellent and also had a salmon with vegetables that were done perfectly. The only complaint was the price of the wine was very expensive $15-$21 per glass seems to be a lot for a glass of wine to go along with your Italian dinner

   The food was very good but the service was not up to par. Our table only got 1/2 cleared before our desert arrived, and we had to ask to have it cleared. The Salads we ordered never where served and the dinner plates did not come out at the same time. When the desserts were served, some didn’t come until most others were finished eating them. The service staff was overwhelmed and could not keep up with the amount of people eating in the restaurant.

   Booked Brio for dinner after a holiday concert. The concert let out early so we arrived 45 minutes before our reservation time & went to have a drink at the bar. It took 20 minutes for the bartender to even acknowledge us but he was the only bartender & the bar was busy. We were seated exactly at our reservation time & had looked at the menu while at the bar, so we were ready to order as soon as the server arrived at our table - ordered 3 entrees, 1 side, & 3 glasses of wine. After about 15 minutes, we asked our server to check on our drink order & he said the ticket was still at the bar. When our food arrived, the side was missing and we still did not have drinks. Our server went to check on the wine & said the ticket was still sitting at the bar. We asked again halfway through our meal & got the same answer. We then asked the manager to go to the bar & check on our drink order. We were taking the last bites of our dinner & ready for “go” boxes by the time we finally got the drinks. Both the manager & our server were very nice (apologized & comped the drinks) & we left a good tip for our server because it wasn’t his fault, but there is definitely a communication issue with the bar. Notwithstanding this issue, we had an enjoyable time, but Brio will not be on the top of my list for dinner in the future.

    Good time with friends celebrating. Overall, the food was good. However, the mash potatoes were cold. After being sent back, and they came back the same temperature. Service was good, but the noise level was high (seated near the kitchen).
