   I have eaten at the Brio in Las Vegas Town Square many times and it has always been good and consistent. This was exactly the opposite. The lighting was very bright like a Denny's. The food was slow even though the restaurant was not busy at all and when it arrived, it was cold and not very appetizing. The manager did come over and take some appetizers off the bill and provided dessert, but I was really hoping to treat my colleagues to a nice dinner and got substandard food and a poor overall dining experience. Clearly the Brio chain does not prioritize consistent dining experiences which will make it hard to choose again in spite of past good history.

   We had reservations but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, even though there were plenty of open tables. The waiter asked us if we wanted bread and we told him we did and it was never brought to our table. We ordered a dinner salad with our entrees that never came but was on our bill (the server took it off after we pointed it out). There were five of us and all but one of our entrees was cold when they arrived.

   Wine seems really high priced, Ceasar salad had too much Parmesan, we had only eaten a few bites of salad before our lasagna arrived and it was not good. The server was fine… We won’t be back

   Restaurant was surprisingly slow for a Saturday night. We got an appetizer, two kids meals (build your own pasta), my husband got the pasta with vodka sauce and I got the shrimp risotto. Everything came out very quickly and was very good! The fresh sourdough bread was amazing too! I will have to order my husbands next time bc the sauce was amazing! We will be back!

   Filet mignon was over cooked twice. Didn’t have the heart to resend it back after the first time because I was on a time crunch. Took over an hr to get my check.

    Very poor quality food. Might be the worst restaurant on the Plaza. Very disappointing
