   First Time to Brio Italian Grille for Lunch. Great Choice! Amazing Food and Service! We had the Lunch Combo Mezza Pasta Brio Chicken with Mushroom Soup and the Chicken Limone...WOW! Both Dishes Were So Good! Dessert was Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding.....HEAVEN! Who Ever Thought of Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding? Genius! We Will Be Back!

   Me and my girlfriend came for a quick lunch to catch up, and decided to sit at the bar. Food was good, nothing outstanding just what you’d expect from Italian place, grabbed a drink, was delicious. Kindra was so sweet and took a great care of us. They say employees add a value to the restaurant and she definitely represented Brio very well, definitely will be back!

   Service can make or break a good meal. in this case it was two strikes a clueless waitress and food improperly prepared. No surprise the restaurant was empty.

   It takes 45 mins before the food serve. Spaghetti with shrimp is so pricey for 5 pcs of shrimp. Not worth it for that price. Maybe add more shrimp. The taste of the spaghetti was so bland, and the lasagna was okay.

   We walked into having to wait to be seated even though the restaurant was fairly empty. The waiter too a while to bring the water and appetizer. The appetizer was hard pieces of bread with barely melted mozzarella and ricotta. No trace of truffle or garlic. The cocktails were overly sweet. And the entrees were sub par. The beef medallions were to medium, they came well done. And the pasta was hard in some places. Waiter could hardly check in, even though it was empty and the value was not there. I will never be back

   Quality has gone WAY down. We used to visit Brio regularly so know how good it used to be. Sadly, we won’t be returning after our meal last night. Lobster bisque was congealed and wedge was drowning in dressing. My daughters ordered the kids Chicken Parmesan which turned out to be chicken fingers. If we wanted chicken fingers we would’ve ordered them. My Chicken Marsala had all of two slices of a single mushroom and sauce was very artificially thickened. The bread and butter were the best part of the meal. Our waitress was also attentive.

    We go there all the time but this time was really bad. We ordered calamari’s and normally is a huge plate. That day was like 5 calamaris and a loooooooot of pepper. And the other 2 plates are slnaller as well.. so they charge you more but they give you less food
