    Very nice evening. Only negative was the slowness of getting the bill and paying it after coffee. We told the server we were heading to a concert at Artis Naples.

    Unfortunately the lasagna was NOT hot, but lukewarm I didn’t see our server to ask her to reheat it so I ate it but was not happy

    Unfortunately we had another bad experience. We wanted to give them another chance but the overall experience was disappointing. From the food to the service was unacceptable. Too many issues issues to mention. Definitely not a Naples focus restaurant. More focused towards tourists that won’t come back anyways

    Poor service by waitress. Sent one meal back because it was inedible. Was given incorrect drink order and had to ask 2x for correct drink. Food order also was incorrect as we were brought lamb chops instead of pork chops. Water and drinks were never refiled. Will not be back again

    We were seated promptly. Drinks were quick in coming; however, they didn’t have martini glasses for our martinis so they came in drink (6 oz) rock glasses. We asked why. “They ran out because we’re so busy.” Really? You can’t wash them? As an appetizer we ordered calamari. It was rubbery and under cooked. Our dinners came shortly afterwards. The spaghetti bolognese was very good. Three of us had chicken dishes. They were ok. One person had a sausage flatbread. It was cold and unappetizing. We were underwhelmed by the experience. The coffee was good!

    We had theatre tickets, so we had to order & eat fairly quickly. Our waiter, Connor, was excellent. He made sure our food arrived in a timely manner and its quality met our expectations (it did). He is a great asset to Brio. Great experience.
