    On Christmas, I had a reservation, they sent me 20 minutes after which I can understand because it was busy. However, the drinks came 30 minutes later, the appetizers came an hour later and the calamari was green. Only one of our soups came out. And after two hours, we decided to leave and we also found out that our pasta order had not even been put in. I’ve been to this restaurant before the service is always good, but the wait time of an hour to get an appetizer and two hours to get a second appetizer and yet no meal going onto 2 1/2 hours was a bit absurd when we had a reservation.

    Good and server was very good. Although we had a reservation the hostess took our name and said thx for checking in. Then she disappeared. We stood for several minutes until we found another employee to seat us. There were several empty tables set up. I don’t understand what or why the wait. There were several other parties just standing waiting for the hostess to show up and seat us.

    There was no one to seat us. The hostess disappeared. We had a reservation. But we seated ourselves. The waitress Kim was outstanding , Food great. Just disappointed w the wait and the hostess Anna who was wandering around and did not seat us or greet us. She was not professional or friendly.

    Took forever to get any service. We didn’t get out drinks until after soup and salad arrived and still had to wait for bread. This used to be a great place but they need to fix their staffing problem
