   We had a great time chit chatting on the outside patio from 3-6 pm which happened to coincide with their Happy Hour!! We were very happy indeed!! Martinis and beer and wine all reduced pricing as well as some very tasty small plate servings which we were happy to order and munch on tapa-style made our afternoon so enjoyable and fun!    This restaurant needs to learn what customer service means in a competitive market like restaurants. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. I won't be sad hearing they are the next to go Chapter 11 then 7.. Get it together... Gave them a few times to redeem themselves but I won't be back.

   We sat outside and our dinner was completely ruined when the DJ started playing. I love music and loud music but this was obnoxiously loud. To the point that we scooted our chairs together and were still screaming. It’s not a club and no one was dancing. We asked our server if they could lower it just one notch so we could hear each other and then the DJ actually increased the volume. So we left and had a couple more rounds of drinks at another place. Super obnoxious DJ. The food and service was great but I wouldn’t go back there with all the other great options in Pembroke Gardens.

   Great time as always, the food is very good. My favorite is the pasta brio, my husband loves the flatbread. The services is also good, we had the pleasure to be served by Maria, she is very attentive and kind. And Jen the manager recommended us their latest wine elections. My whole had a nice time here.

   Food was good. Wine was nice. Will, our server, was great. He was prompt in beginning our service and was attentive while being extremely pleasant. Upon arrival, the hostess noticed I needed a black napkin for the outfit I was wearing. I was impressed that she not only noticed but offered the black napkin immediately.

   Our entrees arrived within 3 minutes of our appetizers. A common problem at all Brio and Bravo restaurants we dined at.

   Our server Jennifer was an absolute joy. She was very attentive, professional and took care of us as if we were VIPs. The food is always delicious, reasonably priced, and one of the best wedge salads I’ve had.

    The portions were very small. My wife’s medallions were extremely salty. When we told our waitress, she replied with I’m so sorry. The service was great despite that the restaurant was not full. At times, it was hard to find our server. I expected more from Brio.
