    A full house, but no bussing service, one app never arrived and one dinner was quite late. I had lunch here today and it was terrific, but not nearly as busy.

    We enjoyed a wonderful lunch with terrific service. We stayed a while after lunch because the environment was so relaxing. Highly recommend Brio.

    $72 for 3 salads and an iced tea for lunch is crazy expensive. Especially considering my salad had iceberg lettuce and cold chicken on top.

    Hello! We've dined at Brio's several times, and this was the absolute worst experience. I think our waiter's name was Bailey and he was terrible. Our drink order was not correct, we had to ask to place our food order with a waitress, he was all over the restaurant but left us for long periods of time. We told him we had a concert to go to, and dinner for four people took 2.25 hours. In talking with Tyler, who was the manager that night, he admitted that you were understaffed but promised to make it up to us next time we come in. Besides this terrible experience, we miss the nice bread basket you used to provide.

    Took my family there for Thanksgiving. We had a reservation for 5:30pm. Upon arrival, the host informed us that they were out of the Thanksgiving menu meals. However, we decided to stay. Our server was very arrogant and unpleasant. I get no one wants to work Thanksgiving day, but no need to take out frustrations on customers.

    I made reservations 10 days ago for Brio’s Thanksgiving dinner, an advertised special menu. When we arrived at 5:15 for our reservation, we were informed they had run out of the Thanksgiving special, but we could order from their regular menu. Nothing was offered in way of an apology except‘corporate didn’t send us enough turkeys.’ To say that I was furious, is putting it mildly. I intend to call corporate and tell them how they ruined my thanksgiving.

    The first waitress we had was more attentive to the larger party that was set down after we were. She basically ignored us. I complained and told the catering manager that we wanted another server. She talked to the over all manager and we received a more capable server who also had a larger party, but took care of us and about 3 other parties. All was made right.

    Our Thanksgiving dinner was amazing. Our server Ben was attentive, knowledgeable and our food was perfect. Always enjoy the Beef Carpaccio!
