   We waited about 20 mins for a server to come to our table so we order all of our food at once to avoid this happening again. Appetizer came out correct, but my entree was completely wrong. This caused me to wait an extra 20-30 mins for my food to come out again while my girlfriend was able to eat and ultimately finish her food before I was able to eat. Management did not seem to care about our lackluster experience and never circled back after we mentioned it to him, but he did comp the bill 20% in his defense. It wasn't a good overall experience for us.

   Made a reservation for dinner and arrived on time. Was told, although I have a reservation I will have a wait time of 30-40 mins because they were overbooked. I don’t understand the purpose of reservations if they get grouped in with walk ins and have to wait. Waited 45 mins for a table then waited 45 mins for our food after ordering. First time here and service was just terrible from the start, the food was average, not impressed.

   2-Star Review for Brooklyn Chop House – Times Square Our experience at Brooklyn Chop House was pretty disappointing. We had a reservation, yet the check-in process was painfully slow, causing a significant delay. By the time we were finally seated, we were already behind schedule. We were placed on the second floor, which turned out to be a major issue. Apparently, all the food is prepared downstairs, meaning everything took an excessive amount of time to arrive at our table. The wait was frustrating, and by the time our food finally showed up, it was hard to even enjoy it. Service felt sluggish overall, and we didn’t even get to finish our meal because everything took so long. For the price and reputation, we expected a much smoother and more efficient experience. Unfortunately, the delays overshadowed the food, and we left feeling unsatisfied. Definitely not worth the hassle.

   Hello Yari, Thank you for the review. I want to address a few points that you made. First and foremost, you checked in for your 6:00pm reservation at 6:25, ten minutes beyond your grace period, and then we sat you at 6:40, fifteen minutes after you arrived. I am having difficulty understanding your frustration. Separately, yes we have a multi story restaurant (five floors), with a kitchen on our lower floor. Though I'm not sure why this caused an issue for you as I can see where your food arrived in a prompt manner. Should you have any further concerns don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.    My experience at The Chophouse was worth the trip from Philly. The NY strip was seasoned and cooked perfectly to my liking. The lobster fried rice was delicious. The rice in the fried rice was cooked to perfection!!! I wish the mash potatoes were creamy but they were still good and flavorful. I also wish the fries didn’t look like McDonald’s fries but again they were good and flavorful too. Overall, I loved the food and the drinks were strong. The waiting staff were constantly clearing the table during our meal which is a BIG plus. I will definitely be back.

   Came here on vday but I’ve been to this location so many times since they’ve opened and let me tell you … they never disappoint!!! They had a vday pre-fixe menu and Food was immaculate!!! They were out of lamb chops which I originally wanted but opted for the lobster instead, I don’t really care for lobster but my bf and I cleaned our plate !! Their drinks are always 10/10 and the customer service just kept getting better and better as the day went on. The vibes were very energetic and the DJ was playing all the right throwbacks. BCH saved my Vday Thank youu :)

    Ambience was awesome and the dj was fire, however the food was very over priced for the taste of it .
