   The food was outstanding. Everything was delicious. However, our waiter was nice but was sooooo quiet and soft-spoken, we had to keep asking him to repeat himself. They got our order wrong - we asked for the grilled filet mignon but was brought the crispy filet mignon. They said they would bring out a new steak, which took another 15-20 minutes .. so by then the other people at our table were basically done with their meal. The waiter hardly came back to ask if we needed our water/drinks refilled. We waited a long time so we could ask for a dessert menu.. then we waited a long time for him to come back and take our dessert order. It just seemed like we were not thought of much and we had to keep proactively searching out our waiter to get any service. We also asked at the beginning if we could split our check (six of us, we wanted two checks), and he said he couldn’t do that. Lastly, there is a giant television on the wall that was right near our table and it was extremely bright and annoying honestly. The food was great. But due to high cost and ambiance/waiter service, don’t know that we would go back.

   I did not have a great experience. It is Mother’s Day and all of the other moms received a rose when seated except for mine and of course this saddened her another woman handed her theirs. Our server (Sanja) asked how was everything 20 minutes after we received our food and I told her I did not like the potatoes at all and would prefer the noodles instead . She told me it wouldn’t be vegetable it would be plain I said that’s fine she asked what’s wrong with what I had I told her I didn’t love it it wasn’t good at all . (Potatoes ) she shrugged her shoulders and walked away stood and watched from the side …40 mins later she brought the receipt and told me I didn’t have to sign . I’ve never been to a restaurant where I didn’t need to sign the amount nor sign my name. I asked the manager for the correct receipt and mentioned my experience. Sanja came over very upset and told me she doesn’t know what else she could have done to satisfy me in the nastiest way . As her manager came back over she toned down her attitude and pretended to be apologetic. I will not be returning to this location due to my service today . I’m very turned off and hopefully this server practices better customer service !

   The food was ok. I had the lamb chops they were tasty. Didn’t like the asparagus at all had to send that back. Broccoli was ok. Rice was good.

   We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We had booked our reservation well in advance for my wife’s 50th birthday. They seated us upstairs at a small table by the bathroom. We waited for 10 minutes, but no one came to our table to offer water or introduce themselves as our server. Feeling ignored and uninvited, we decided to leave. We informed the front desk about our cancellation and promptly departed. Instead, we ended up going to STK, where we had a wonderful time and were treated exceptionally well. I would strongly advise against this restaurant.

   Service was very slow. Our drink order didn’t arrive for 25 minutes. Appetizers took 30 minutes to be served.

   This was a 10/10 experience!!! I will add this to the list of mandatory stops the next time I’m in NY … we had a bit of a wait but that was made up with one of the best seats on the house and the amazing service. The food was soooo good! We had salt and pepper shrimp , lobster , ginger beef , crab fried rice and the Caesar with bacon! Everything was delicious

   Helen was our witness and was wonderful she told us what was good on the menu and we enjoyed it thx so much. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and she always wanted to go the food and ambiance was amazing thank you again Brooklyn chop house in Times Square

   We flew into NYC to celebrate my cousins birthday and the concierge at RIU Plaza Timed Square suggested Brooklyn Chop House Times Square and I am so glad he did. We enjoyed our visit and the house salad and shrimp fried rice was perfection.

    Service was top shelf from the time we entered until we left. Great staff ! We did not order from the steak side of the menu but rather shared three appetizers from the Asian side. They were all terrible, as if they had been cooked earlier in the day…. And they arrived at our table within 10 minutes of placing the order. The adjacent table did have appetizing looking meat orders. We were disappointed with our appetizers and decided to pay our bill and head early to our show. Staff are very attentive and great. Our food order, not so much. Sorry…. But that was our experience.
