I had a confirmed Opentable booking. Then I got a phone call from the restaurant to say that they did not have a table! Not impressed . . .

Everything just looks old and tired, the outside signage is so faded and dirty. Inside is better but the service was shocking from our server on a Saturday lunch time which wasn’t actually that busy

Food was okay, not great, not bad, just somewhere in between. Service was hit or miss. When the server made it to the table it often felt like she was rushed, which made us feel rushed. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. It was just somewhere in between. Overall the whole experience was - okay.

Delicious food but one of the party would have preferred the food to have been hotter. They were extremely busy so there was a bit of a delay with some of the drinks. But we weren’t in a rush and our waitress was friendly and attentive when she could be

Really very impressed with Browns Kingston. There are a lot of local restaurants vying for business in the area but as previously experienced, I was certainly not disappointed with Browns. The service was friendly, fast and professional, and the food was excellent. The location could not have been better, as it is right on the riverbank with lovely views across the Thames and even though it was a cold evening, the restaurant gave off a warm welcoming feel that made the evening so very enjoyable.

A warm busy Friday ... a private party was underway , so service not immediate .. but still friendly polite & welcoming . Table we were seated at not brilliant.... as a walk way for staff & customers , so became annoying . But it was busy & normally we don't experience any problems. Otherwise a pleasant evening !
