   The server and kitchen got almost every aspect of our order wrong. The main course was rushed out. Even on a Monday, it was clear table turning was the goal. I had always been curious about Bru burger. This will be my one and only visit there. Terrible all around.

   This is the last time I will order the veg mushroom, onion, spinach on sourdough bread. The bread is toasted with parm on the outside and 1/3 was covered, on one side. Bummer. It wasn’t hot like the 1st one I had and fell in love. The onion rings were cold again. Bummer. I mean the food could be SO good like it was with some effort. Boo. I took pics but the app won’t let me load them. Boo.

   We ordered burgers, onion rings, and fries. One burger was requested to be well done with crispy bacon, and one was requested medium. The well-done burger was not well done, and bacon was not crispy. The burger that was supposed to medium was medium rare. The food came out about 5 minutes after we ordered it, and we'd have preferred it take a little longer to be right. Also, the onion rings were cold and greasy.

   As always great food and superior service. Checked on us after food arrived then about 15 minutes later showed us desserts. Never disappoints. Would recommend to anyone

   I ordered the grilled mushroom, onion, spinach melt. It was meh. The other times it has been amazing!! The chef phoned it in and it didn’t have the attention detail. The cheese on the outside of the bread was skimped and not hot so probably pre melted earlier which makes a huge difference. The onion rings were too greasy and oddly chewy. Won’t stop me from going back and hopefully it was a fluke.

   Wow! Amazing food. I had the Viking lamb burger but I substituted a black bean patty and it was outstanding. There were so many options and all can be substituted with a black bean or impossible burger. My husband and I split a large salad and they brought and extra plate, but we could have split the small bc the small was big enough for two. My husband and our friend both loved the burgers they chose as well.

    We had a large party and our waitress was very nice and accommodating. I know bigger parties can be pretty annoying but she was very kind.
