Really lovely restaurant. Great atmosphere, well decorated and the staff were very friendly. A great attribute to Ancoats eating scene. A couple of dishes were a bit ‘meh’. The tiramisu was a watery and not well formed. However, 75% were amazing. The short rib lasagne was incredible, as was the steak with cavello Nero. Solid 4/5. Just please make the tiramisu with thick cream and gran Marnier in a jar. Was a bit disappointing.

A fantastic addition to the Ancoats dining scene. Bruco has a classy yet welcoming and homely atmosphere. The food is exceptional. The menu is small, but perfectly formed. Fantastic drinks menu too. Can't fault it.

Dined at Bruco last night before heading to Co-op Live and can honestly say it was unbelievable! Each dish was to die for, shout out the slow cooked rib lasagne, arancini balls and prosciutto & peach. Can’t forget the tiramisu to finish, divine. Staff were lovely, very attentive and explained the menu when asked. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a number of small plates, as follows; gnocchi, sirloin steak, potatoes, focaccia & arancini. The main stand out was the arancini, incredibly well done and delicious! Restaurant itself is modern, very clean and smart decor and the ambiance is lovely. Staff were so friendly and the right level of attentive. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic addition to the neighbourhood. Staff attentive and professional. The space warm and totally welcoming. The food simply delicious. We shared some smaller plates followed by the lasagna and octopus all of which over delivered both in presentation and taste. Fabulous.

An outstanding addition to Ancoats. The moment we walked in we knew we would love it. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and the staff were friendly and attentive. From the menu to the design of the restaurant you can tell that it’s been well thought out and it shows. We chose five plates to share between us, each one beautiful but I think the octopus was the star of the show for me. The quality of the food is excellent. Love the subtle nod to the Italian history in Ancoats too. We can’t wait for our next visit, thank you Bruco!
