   We were given one small roll (hubby joked, it looked like part of a hot dog bun), not enough to enjoy the EVOO&balsamic vinegar or dipping sauce provided. Dining chairs more suited for a cafeteria. Food was delicious, loved the ceasar salad too!

   This is a new neighborhood restaurant located right in Sun City Summerlin and what a gem it is. We have been there four times over the last month and can honestly say the food and service are consistently excellent. The homemade pastas are delicious and the chef’s willingness to swap out pastas with his beautifully crafted sauces is a welcomed experience. We highly recommend the lobster ravioli, salmon arrabiata, branzino piccata, brunello pasta and the fried calamari. They also allow you to bring your own wine but do have a $30 corkage fee. Overall a great place to share a great meal with friends and family. Can’t wait for warmer weather so we can dine on the patio.

   Brunello LV Opened October 15 at their new location in Sun City, Summerlin, and my wife and I were looking forward to trying them out. We visited on a Saturday evening at 7:30 after making reservations. There were a few empty tables so reservations were unnecessary, since people are still learning about this place. The place is small, seating no more that 50 diners, I would guess. We had calamari, dinner salads, lobster ravioli, and chicken parmesan. All were outstanding! The Calamari was as good as any I have ever had in my long-legged life, just outstanding. You could actually taste the lobster in my wife's lobster ravioli, and my chicken parm was juicy and delicious. Prices were reasonable for an upscale bistro. I.e. side salads were $10, house wine $11. Most entrees were $25 - $30. We were regulars at the Italian restaurant that had occupied this location for several years, and Brunello is even better. I highly recommend Brunello.

   Really had a nice time. Service is excellent, just wish something could be done about noise level and acoustics. It’s too bad, because everything else great. We just couldn’t have a good conversation in the noise. It was a Friday evening and restaurant full. Might be better on a weekday.

   My husband and I had out of state company and decided to try the restaurant. We all loved the food and experience. The owner made a point to introduce herself to us and was a delight to meet. We will definitely be back.

   This newly opened restaurant in the neighborhood of Sun City Summerlin will become a local gem. The chicken Parmesan and the lasagna is top-notch. While they are still trying to find their feet. The locals here are loving it. Been there many times already and plan to in the future. Plan to keep going and supporting them as a local Italian restaurant it’s much better than the one that was there before. Wishing them much success the staff and the owner are great.

    The food is fabulous…Emily our waitress was friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and she has a wonderful smile too :). Lots of great Italian classics to choose from, the calamari is terrific, light and fried to perfection. Pizzas are filling but not overloaded with toppings. The desserts…oh man don’t get me started…off the hook good! The restaurant can get a bit loud when crowded, especially around happy hour (3-5pm) and bar area is fairly small, seats less than ten folks. The tables are quite small. Been twice with myself and two family members, and even sat at a 4 top we needed more room once plates are served. Then again it’s a small restaurant so beggars can’t be choosers. Fabulous neighborhood family owned independent Italian ristorante that is quickly becoming a favorite of ours.
