    Our first time here and we were so disappointed. We got what looked like a Stouffers lasagna. It was barely warm, very little meat in it. We were so hungry we ate it without complaining to our waiter.

    Our family greatly enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner. Our original plans fell through due to a family member being hospitalized, so this was a last minute plan. Everyone working seemed very pleasant. We are grateful for them!

    We gathered with 12 adults to celebrate a birthday. The service and speed were outstanding. The venue was spotless and happy. Greeters were responsive and very friendly. I wish I could recall our host's name. He was spectacular! The food and atmosphere were the typical fantastic! My family has never been disappointed with Buca (Louisville).

    Was not satisfied for just pasta lightly sauced for the price. $3 worth of noodles for $40? No thanks. I've eaten at restaurants in 44 states & 11 countries. Not repeating going back at all.

    Made reservations for my birthday dinner a week in advance with all of my closest friends and family, upon arrival our table was pushed back for 15 minutes which was no big deal at all, but once we where sat we waited 30 minutes for our drinks, server seemed very overwhelmed and was running all over the place, had forgotten about us a few times. We didn’t receive bread at the table until it was asked for, and our food was almost out, food was great but I didn’t feel like our party wasn’t important at all during the whole time we where there like my table wasn’t worth waiting on and I as a server know it can be hard but even towards the end they sang for all the other birthdays there and not our parties birthday, I was just very disappointed and let down

    I wish that I could’ve just bought an entrée for myself instead of the small feeding three people. That meant that the other person that I was there with had to share because it was a little bit more pricey when it’s just two people.
