   Made reservations for my birthday dinner a week in advance with all of my closest friends and family, upon arrival our table was pushed back for 15 minutes which was no big deal at all, but once we where sat we waited 30 minutes for our drinks, server seemed very overwhelmed and was running all over the place, had forgotten about us a few times. We didn’t receive bread at the table until it was asked for, and our food was almost out, food was great but I didn’t feel like our party wasn’t important at all during the whole time we where there like my table wasn’t worth waiting on and I as a server know it can be hard but even towards the end they sang for all the other birthdays there and not our parties birthday, I was just very disappointed and let down

   I wish that I could’ve just bought an entrée for myself instead of the small feeding three people. That meant that the other person that I was there with had to share because it was a little bit more pricey when it’s just two people.

   10/21/24 We loved having the 50% off offer for Pasta. We chose the Quattro al Forno, one of our favorite dishes at Buca di Beppo. My husband and I really loved having Charley as our server tonight. He was really fantastic and checked on us very often. Our bread tonight was really excellent and the Quattro al Forno was really good tonight. Every type of pasta in our order was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of delicious Marinara Sauce for our pasta. The order is large enough for both of us and enough left over for our lunch tomorrow. This is a 5 STAR restaurant. We love eating at Buca di Beppo because the staff is so kind and caring, the atmosphere is so fun, we love looking at all of the pictures, and then we must say, the food is so bené!

   Buca has long been a family favorite. However, you can tell they have went through a major financial downfall. They have started to “skimp” on basic things. For instance, we purchased the stuffed shells and it barely had any sauce on it. We order Chicken Alfredo and it came with no chicken (the manager comped this item). We order sangria and the pitcher came filled with ice to the point that the contents barely filled three classes just under half the glass. We are removing ourselves from eating here and wish what’s left of the franchise the best of luck.

   Our server is not properly trained. Apparently coffee is not available. Kept saying when asked she was looking. Never heard back. Brought deserts to share no utensils or plates. She was not attentive at all. put a bottle of wine on the table didnt open or pour. We had to ask for bread. Then olive oil. Not the type of service we expected.

   Excellent service from Charles. He had a large room and covered every table superbly. Meatball Monday a true value and Minestrone soup was delicious.

    Great overall experience. We came with a large party (18 people). We sat in a party room that was also occupied by 2 other large groups, so it was a little loud. Our waitress did her best to accommodate. There were a couple things that never made to the table… A glass of wine and a beer, however, these were removed from the bill before I asked. The service was good, defiantly a good value for what was ordered. The food quality was good, not over the top amazing but still good. I would definitely come back again with a large party.
