Bufala Edgemont is a place where friends and families can gather for delicious food & drink every day of the week. We prepare fresh, scratch-made classic & contemporary pizzas in the Napolitana style - blistered to perfection in our 800 degree stone oven - along with a tasty selection of Italian-inspired small plates, pasta, main courses and desserts. And as great meals require great drinks, we also offer a delicious selection of cocktails, wines, craft beers, and espresso.

    This place has good food and good prices. Our service was fantastic. Such a lovely young lady. Unfortunately this place has no ambiance and it’s dark and dull inside. They did however do a great job decorating for the holidays.

    Nice enough experience but I think they used to be better and now they’re more like a Brown’s Social House rather than a nice Italian restaurant.

    Staff gave us the perfect table, great service, delicious food. Great place to eat after the Christmas lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge.

    The Chicken Cacciatore with pasta was enjoyed by the men. The 2 Kale Caesar’s were shared and consistently very good. The very thin crusted pizza was quite bland and scant of the olives that added to flavour. The outer crust was burnt black and when I commented the server seemed to ignore me. The pizza was shared by myself and friend’s wife. This couple are in process of moving to the area and were treating us to express gratitude for staying in our home during their move.

    I always enjoy Bufala and would recommend it. Sometimes the noise level interferes with conversation. Our waitress was fantastic. I will definitely be going again.
