   Trying the brunch menu, we ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara, the Calabrian Sausage Benedict and the Finocchiona Pizza. The carbonara was fantastic, with lots of thick guanciale. The thick spaghetti noodle was especially good. The Benedict was very good, also. The eggs were done right (soft poach) and the slices of Calabrian sausage were a nice taste change-up from Canadian back bacon. The sauteed spinach was a nice touch. The pizza was a bit of overkill but was well worth trying.

   Waitress was amazing, wanted the lasagna but was disappointed to find they no longer have it on the menu….pls bring it back! Food was great, except the beets were too hard to eat, but they removed it from the bill! Great job, Bufala!

   Beautifully designed space which manages to be both intimate and airy with high ceilings, large windows and plenty of artfully designed light fixtures. We enjoyed the candles, cozy booths and pale West coast colours throughout. The food was completely delicious - garlic bread, kale salad and pepperoni and honey pizza combo was a winner with excellently balanced flavours. Highly recommend their Prosecco (and if you go during happy hour it's included) We will go back for sure.

   Our server Chaia was awesome. We left all the decisions in her hands and she brought us a great selection of amazing food. Group favs were the burrata and beets, the kale salad and the braised short rib papardelle. The pepperoni and honey pizza was also delicious!! Can’t wait to come back!!

   Nice modern decor with a nice menu selection with fair prices. Excellent wine selection. Prompt gracious service. A great south slope dining location.

   The staff were wonderful and helped me surprise my mom on her birthday. The service was wonderful and the food arrived hot and fresh and delicious!

    We had a great experience at Bufala as part of Dine Out Vancouver. There were plenty of menu choices to accommodate our preferences between the appetizers, mains and desserts. The food was tasty and the portions were spot on. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy, elegant, and casual. The service was exceptional. Between the FOH manager (?), host, our server and food runner, we felt well taken care of. I didn’t get our servers name but her attention to detail left us feeling most comfortable. We were never without water, drinks or anything we needed for each course. Food came out very timely, not rushed or too spaced out. We will definitely be back!
