It’s listed here that your doing outdoor dining and even accepting rsvp, yet you do not even offer that? Not sure who’s at fault for allowing this inaccurate advertisement but it was a complete waste of time for myself and coworker.

Open Table App is what sucked, not Buffalo Wild Wings. The app wasn't updated and as a result we made a reservation for a place that doesn't have outdoor dining. Update this App! Horrible experience with OpenTable!

My boyfriend and I figured we’d try to go out to eat since restaurants were opening up and knew that the measures written out by the CDC were being followed. Well, it was horrible. There were small children running around playing with arcade games splitting places and putting things in their mouths. Older kids were partaking in it aswell and I was horrified. We are in a pandemic, I knew eating would be risky but I didn’t account for kids running around and their parents doing nothing about it. The food was good but the service was horrible. People running around like a chicken with their heads cut off. My boyfriend and I were trying to leave as soon as the kids started running around the restaurant but weren’t able to leave for an extra 20 minutes because the server kept running past us and took forever to give us our bill.

We had to wait a while for the table to be cleaned. My food was wrong but out waitress was very nice and fixed it.

I had reservations but it took at least 30 additional minutes to be seated. It took an extremely long time to receive our food and one person in my party cane late and never received his order.

Hard to beat the Wednesday kid’s night. The price is right and the chaotic environment makes for a suitable space to let your kids relax and enjoy themselves without mom and dad going crazy.

They were great, we had a large party and the waiter handled us without getting flustered. Food was correct and timely plus they have party sizes on the menu for large groups. They even refrigerated my son birthday cake for us while we ate.

My reservation was not even honored when arrived i still had to wait Than they say we have to get a manager to look for ur reservation and surprise manager never came out

Service is a joke. Restaurant half empty on a Friday night. Meals came out 20 minutes apart. Took 15 minutes to get a beer. Overall pathetic.
