   It’s holiday so it was pretty busy, but there was a live singer and great atmosphere so we didn’t mind our food took a bit. When we ordered our second round, the bartender had enough time to come out and do a great little overview of all of our drinks, which we had ordered three different specialty drinks, which were outstanding. We upgraded and changed our soup and salad to French onion, which was absolutely delicious and the wedge salad, which was also really really tasty and they have a special aged blue cheese which just made it really unique. We were honestly too stuffed for dessert, but when we heard that a table side freshly turned ice cream was part of the banana foster we couldn’t resist. I’ve never seen something like this with the liquid nitrogen. It was really really cool. It was almost like a mini show. Highly recommend as the banana foster was also really really good but a very large portion.

   My girlfriend and I visited Bull and Bourbon at Sycuan Casino on a Friday night, expecting a great meal based on its solid reviews. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired, largely due to poor management and service. We started the evening at the bar, which took 25 minutes just to place a drink order. The bartender was clearly overwhelmed and received no assistance from the manager, who stood idly by. Despite the delay, the Old Fashioneds we ordered were excellent. Our appetizers, bacon-wrapped shrimp and a shared Caesar salad, arrived quickly (within 10 minutes) and were very good, giving us some hope for the rest of the meal. However, things fell apart when it came to our main courses. We ordered a petite filet with asparagus (which included French onion soup) and chicken piccata, along with an espresso martini. About 25 minutes later, the bartender asked if we had received the soup—it hadn’t arrived yet. It showed up 10 minutes later, but our entrees never came. After waiting an additional 30 minutes with no explanation or update, we finally canceled the rest of our order. There was no genuine apology, no effort to make things right, and no compensation for the unacceptable delay. The restaurant wasn’t even particularly busy, making it seem as though they had simply forgotten to prepare our food. It’s clear that the casino prioritizes gambling over delivering a quality dining experience. While the food we did receive was good, the poor service and lack of accountability left a bad taste in our mouths. We won’t be returning and would caution others to manage their expectations if they choose to dine here. The In & Out we got on our way home was delicious though and received with great service.

   The host services are outstanding, however it looks like the kitchen crew spoiled the night. The food was served so late. I have to return my French Onion soup due to it was not served on right temperature.

   This was our third time here. The food was good! The prices here are very reasonable for a steakhouse these days. Daniel provided excellent service!!

   This place is a sleeper never had a issue here. Food is great prices are great. The roasted garlic with the steaks is a excellent touch. My go to is the 18oz prime ribeye steak it's the best value in my opinion Twice baked potatoe is delicious

   The service was excellent! Our waiter, Isaiah was superb. The food was good. However, disappointed in this years Thanksgiving fixed menu fell short compared to last years menu. This menu lacked the sides only to be ordered a la carte. Whereas, last year I recall a 4 course menu sides included. Our overall experience was good!
