   Really well but the servers kept walking by our table we had to wait to get meat a lot which was frustrating the servers kept focusing on outer tables and not the middle ones

   I've had decent experiences here but this was not one of them. The time I went (430) might have played a factor as meat wasn't coming out and regularly waited 5-10 mins for anything and it came in waves. Asked for 2-3 cuts that hadn't been around ended up not getting them near end, waited 30mins asked 3 times. Got the wrong desert. Main gripe was temperature of meat. I order and ask for it medium rare. I felt as if they rushed the skewers. A lot of it was coming out blue, cold to the touch and for me a bit too chewy. So I'd ask for medium, that was normally burnt to a crisp, hockey puck style. Overall I'd typically rate this place as phenomenal value, tonight however I wish I'd have spent $100 at a steakhouse with a steak cooked to perfection. The consistency was subpar. The service was subpar. Especially when you're dropping $100 a person on average.

   This was our first time at Bullvino’s and we’ll definitely be back! Funny thing is we’re not big meat eaters so we only had the salad bar - best salad ever! The service was excellent. We plan on bringing our family next time and they are big meat eaters!

   The food was delicious and well prepared. The service was good. Although there was two things that I was disappointed with: the top shelf dinner option felt like a bit of a scam as the only times I got top shelf options are when I had to request them to be specially made and the desserts are posted on the same menu as the all you can eat menu but are not posted with prices to tell you that they do in fact cost extra.

   After a long time, I returned to Bullvino. I've said it before, of the Rodizios in the Twin Cities, this one is truly Brazilian. The others are very commercial and not as natively Brazilian. The friendliness, the joy with which the customer is greeted, the excellent service, and the high-quality Rodizio. Knowing the restaurant industry globally, I believe, in my opinion and knowing about wines, that some wine prices are very high compared to the same level and service. The Caipirinha is truly Brazilian. The desserts are fabulous. See you next time.

   We decided to try a new-to-me Brazilian steakhouse. One of the first people who came to our table was Nate, and we recognized him because he used to work at another BSH that we no longer go to. His service was always excellent and he was missed, so it was nice to find him here. The service at BullVino was really good, we were checked in on every few minutes to see if there was anything we wanted to circle by again, our drinks were kept topped off, and there was no real wait before a new option was brought to the table. The portions were really nice, instead of one tiny piece of steak we were served large portions. The top shelf meats were brought by more than once and they were all delicious. In a side by side, the only minor difference between BV and Fogo is that BV's salad bar is smaller, but if you're going to a Brazilian steak house for the salad bar, I question your life choices. Five stars, we will definitely be back.

   Really impressed on our 1st visit, this one was a huge disappointment. 1. Server never came back to take husband's drink order - even after another server said they'd get them. 2. Took quite a bit of time to get any meat & when it finally started coming through a bit, there was not a good variety. 3. After the 1st morsel of meat, any of the rest we eventually received was very grisly/fatty. 4. Even though I included a note on the reservation that we were celebtating our son's birthday, there was no aknowledgement at all.

    The salad bar was ample, and the meat was plentiful, but there were hits and misses with both. The wait staff was good, but they seemed to share responsibilities. Which lead to occasional delays in service. The music was slightly louder than I would prefer. Which made it hard to understand staff. The meats were generally good to very good. My favorite surprisingly the parmesan chicken wing, followed by the bacon wrapped steak, ribeye and spicy sausage. The filet was disappointing in flavor the beef rib was very tender but lacked flavor. The doneness did vary between servers. I ordered medium rare and received rare medium and medium well. The first sausage was over cooked and dry. The second was wonderful. The creme broule was very good, but the chocolate mouse cake was just ok. I thought the price was reasonable.
