Service was so incredibly slow. We waited 1.5 hours for our feed but other tables received their food before us but were sat after. Food was good and hot but unfortunately did not make up for slow service and probably will not go back.

Very disappointed with the value for what we received. Food was fairly bland and small portions. There are much better restaurants in Austin at this price point. Limited selection.

If you are spending $200 for two people, you expect a certain level of service. Drinks were slow, dishes weren’t bussed, the table wasn’t wiped before dessert. On the food side, they had already run out of the pommes dauphine by 6pm. My wife got the poisson à la plancha and her parsnips were cold and the fish was tiny. Her dinner came out about 5 minutes before my steak frites. My steak was not cooked to temp and they did not bring a steak knife. Dessert was ok, but they seemed to forget about it which was good, because the second round of wine took a good 10 minutes and I was worried we’d be done with dessert before the drinks showed up, but everything was so slow, it wasn’t an issue. Idk, if it was half the price, I would have thought everything was fine, but for that cost, you can go to Justine’s or Hopfields and have a much better dinner with a full bar and great service.

I’d made a reservation for 2, and asked to be seated outside when I arrived. They were accommodating to that request. I was very impressed by the extensive mocktail menu. The Sunset was good—my first time with a NA mezcal. We ordered everything to share: a citrus salad, duck confit, steak frites, and the carrots. The salad made a nice, fresh start to the meal. The duck came served with so many beans, which we so tasty. The carrots, unfortunately were not plentiful. The plate came as 5 carrots about the size of a finger, topped with double the amount of some sort of a crème. It felt imbalanced and lacking in real substance. The steak frites was great, and came out just the way we’d ordered, with plenty of dipping options. I’d come back to order the same entrees, but would also be interested in trying others. Extensive menu for a bistro, which I enjoyed.

Sitting outside on a beautiful 80 degree February day eating croque madame and drinking coffee with a friend was the perfect day.

This charming spot, nestled inside an upscale grocery store, has a lovely atmosphere. However, our experience was somewhat marred by inattentive service - we were seated promptly, but our server seemed distracted. We ordered the crepe and omelet, but unfortunately, both dishes lacked flavor. With a bit more attention to seasoning and service, this place could reach its full potential. As it stands, it's an average dining experience."

Most recently visited on a Wednesday evening at 6:45 and my party was one of four tables. It was a nice change in the business of our day. The food was phenomenal and the service/staff on their A-game. A server overheard us mention “we should request more bread for the cheese” and he promptly brought us a fresh loaf. I would highly recommend dinner even date night here.
